We did a major renovation in the unfinished portion of our basement which included a new bedroom and a large bathroom. The house was only a few years old and was custom built so we were very concerned if the addition would match the quality of the existing home. I am very pleased to say the we could not be happier with the workmanship and attention to details that the Allen Keith team brought to the table. The addition feels like it was part of the original construction. I would certainly recommend Allen Keith for any project large or small.

The absolute best renovations company of making the job right again be cause they in fact Do Make It Right Again. I got a hold of these guys because my mom used them a lot at her home I rent and I remembered how fast they were so I gave them a try on my own home. I definitely saved the best for last on that one! One Word "Perfection".

After an unfortunate flood in my home (pipe break) i called Allen Keith from a recommendation. First their water mitigation team "Cleantech" came out and in a matter of hours, had my basement on the path to drying out. I'm a picky guy and what really stuck out was the attention to detail and care they took with my items in the basement, covering it up with plastic and gave me great feedback on the process.
Next the project manager "Cody" came out and again great feedback, walked me through the process, gave great recommendations and got us lined up. The repair team was very courteous, clean, cleaned up DAILY after working on repairs so stuff was not laying all over the place. Literally every day they did this. impressive. My floor was put back amazing, looks so much better than before, the painters were super friendly and very clean.
In short, from start to finish, i was impressed and they care about their work and reputation. I dont do a lot of reviews but in this instance i'm compelled to do so as its not often you find a quality company and job well done. I have already made several personal referrals and they have been pleased as well! Thanks team for getting me back in business!

This review is long overdue, but deserved. In June 2020, I had a major flood in my house due to a water supply line failure. It was almost 7 months of work to get everything back to original (and much better) condition. Cody W. was the estimator and Jim N. was project manager. All of the work was done well, and all of their employees were professional and responsive.
They were professional in working through the inevitable snags in some work not done to expectations (very minor things that were corrected immediately). Some material supply mistakes/issues were worked through to the best of their ability with minimal delay and with my satisfaction being very important to them. Overall, AK did what they promised would be done, did it well, and in the best time frame possible.
Even the subs were there when expected and communicated with me if schedule changes were needed (very few). AK worked well with my insurance company to make that part painless as well. Excellent collaboration on design ideas and best methods to complete the work. They really listened to my input and took the best care to make it happen. The house is fantastically renovated. A big job done very well. Thank you AK!

After 3 waterline leaks in my slab were found, I called the Allen Keith company for turnkey remediation and repairs. From the initial visit the same day that I called through the entire process from clean up of the water damage, plumbing repairs, removal and then replacement of the main floor flooring and furniture put back in place, every Allen Keith person that worked on this project was professional and focused on quality.
I had the opportunity to visit their beautiful showroom for flooring selections and worked with Mikayla on that process. The remediation team talked me through their process and the team that tore out the flooring and replaced it along with baseboards and door trim were definitely craftsmen. The quality of work is excellent. Kelly and Carolyn were sent to do a final clean.
They walked with me to make sure they knew all areas that were to be cleaned. I had questions on how to maintain the new LVT flooring and Kelly was quick to share her cleaning secrets. I left the house so as not to be in the way. Kelly called me when they were finished. They did a fantastic job getting rid of the construction dust and the place smelled clean, fresh and the floor and kitchen sparkled.
Every Allen Keith employee that was involved in my project from office staff to the construction team did a great job and represent their company well. Working with Allen Keith Construction was so much easier than hiring individual contractors for the various stages of this project. Turnkey was the way to go!

Horrible experience. Had Allen Keith working on an insurance claim and could not get them to come finish the job. Even my claim agent calling their management staff had no effect. They stopped giving me my contractors voicemail (he never returned any calls anyway). And instead of fixing water damage they literally just put drywall mud over it then painted it, cost $400. Didn't check to see if their was more damage or anything about fixing the actual problem.

The two women that cleaned our house after our basement fire did an excellent job! Everything is clean and neat! They are very professional. Our youngest son, who was home doing online schooling, said he got used to them being here and thought they were fun. He was sorry to see them go. They cleaned the whole house top to bottom in a week and were very thorough.
I would have then back in a heartbeat! The whole company had been great, from removal of the fire damaged items in the basement, to the air purifiers, cleaning our clothes professionally, cleaning the electronics, and general cleaning of the whole house. Thanks for making it house livable again!

When a neighbor's huge oak tree fell and destroyed my garage, I immediately called my insurance company for help. Allen Keith was one of 5 companies recommended. A friend had used them a few years earlier and highly recommended I call them. Kevin was most helpful at the initial consultation, bringing samples to choose from for siding and roofing materials.
I felt comfortable knowing the job would be handled. Although it was about a month before demolition and rebuilding began, I can't say enough good things about all the workers involved! They were all courteous and seemed to take pride in their work. They did a super job and I couldn't be happier with my new garage! Thanks Allen Keith for a job well done! I appreciate it!
