I cannot recommend them. We had a Lowe's furniture remodel of a bathroom and the remodel has several issues: A foul odor comes from the bathroom sink drain whenever water goes down the drain; Water puddles in the shower floor and does not dry, so a fan has to be used to dry it; The toilet paper roll holder in the wall was placed at knee level, which is not comfortable or standard; The back of the toilet bowl sits at least six inches out from the wall, which makes the small bathroom feel even smaller; The space between two walls to reach the toilet is very narrow, exactly the width of the inside of a standard sized coffin! ( Lowe's designer issue: The designer did not tell us that the fake marble material used for the bathroom sink and shower requires a special cleaning solution, and off-the-shelf cleaning products cannot be used to clean it!) We were ignorant, and trusted Lowe's and the remodeling company to do a good job. They did not. Overall the remodel makes the bathroom less user friendly, and smaller -- and I am embarrassed to let guests use it!

I would not recommend working with Beta Construction. I renovated my kitchen through Lowe's, and Beta Construction is the installer for my store, so I didn't have any choice in working with them. The installers did a pretty good job, but getting everything scheduled was absolutely awful. The receptionist wasn't able to schedule anything or answer questions and basically served as a human answering machine for Fred, the owner. Fred would never return my calls until I finally got his cell phone number and would call him directly.
This is a really bad business model and creates a bottleneck in communicating with customers to have someone who is constantly going out to sites be the only one who has any ability to schedule installations. At the very least, I would have preferred an acknowledgement that they were very busy rather and would get back to me soon rather than than questioning if he was ever going to return my calls.
I think he probably doesn't pay much attention to customer service since he has a monopoly on Lowe's installations. It's a shame because his installers were nice guys who did a good job.
