What a terrific company! Responded to our emergency immediately (and this was on a Saturday afternoon) and we were not existing customers - but we are now! Steve the technician was knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful - such a pleasant and calming person. He resolved our mess, took specific measurements and documented the exact location of the septic tank cover. They cared about us in a time if need - can't say enough good things about them. Excellent service, they came out Thanksgiving morning to unclog and pump my system. Even though it was pouring rain and the holiday, they didn't hesitate to come and help us out! They came and did their thing, with a smile. Very courteous and explained everything. These will be the company I'll use from now on! Cant say enough, but go to them first and you will never need to call another.

The guys showed up on time, easily located the covers (i had no clue where they were since previous owners of the house did not replace the tank properly) and emptied the tank out. I was bugging them all the time with questions which they patiently answered ))) Would highly recommend them! Great job, Christopher Bryant Co!

Cant' say enough about the service from this company. Had an issue with the washer not draining properly and David came out and took a look at our septic tank right away. Turned out that it was just a clogged return and not problem with the tank. He saved us a lot of $$$ as I was able to fix the problem myself. Thanks Dave!

I am impressed by the professionalism of this operation. They were doing sewer maintenance to the folks previously living in our current home and had to replace and upgrade a septic chamber before us moving in. This was a top notch job, but after a few months the soil sank and revealed a broken section of the outlet pipe. I called them and they came next day to inspect the problem and one day later brought a truck and serviced the pipe and didn't charge me a dime since this was under the warranty of the work they did to the former owners. After this I have called them for sewer tank maintenance and will continue to do so for the time being. Very happy with their response times and professionalism.
