I selected City Fuel for the installation of the mini split air conditioner because of the excellent service and reputation of the company. City Fuel stands behind the product that they sell and the workmanship of their staff. J. Silvestre, knew all the work that had to be done and worked efficiently and cleanly. He made sure all aspects of the mini-air worked and took the time to she me the ins and outs of the product. I will always use City fuel as my energy supplier, and will recommend their service to all those that I know.

First I wanted to Thank the drivers who go out everyday to provide people with oil and good customer service! So I wasn't paying attention to the oil gage and I ran out. thats My fault yes and do I feel bad the oil driver would have to take extra time and complete another step during delivery, yes. I called to set up delivery and the secretary that answered the phone.

Maybe her name was Betty (or something like that) and she was very Unpersonable and rude with her tone when I was explaining the situation. Still not a big deal I understand sometimes people don't have good days. I was told delivery would be for the next day and to make sure someone is home so the driver could bleed the line. I asked if there was a certain time I could expect them.

And I was told they just go out and deliver all day. OK so that's fine I understand. After paying outrageous oil prices (not company's fault) I stayed out of work to wait until 2pm to receive delivery. as I'm waiting at the door the driver fills the tank and then proceeded to drive off. Ok misunderstanding I will just call and straighten it out. when I called back to let them know what just happened, the same secretary. had rudely told me that I didn't tell her that I completely ran out.

Even though I did and she asked me if I had put diesel in the tank. First time dealing with oil so I had no idea that I could even do that. Also as I was telling her I had asked her at what point should I expect the driver she rudely cut me off and completely tried telling me this is my fault because I didn't tell her that I ran out and the driver needed to bleed the line because she didn't market down (so she really thinks she couldn't possibly have make a mistake and apologize).this is the point where I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Now I'm stuck waiting longer for someone to come back because this woman didn't mark my account correctly and completely blamed me for it! I can be very understanding but this is just horrible service and I would never allow someone like that to work in my business, completely unprofessional. It's very simple to just admit you made a mistake and apologize!

Absolutely the rudest customer service. Spoke with 2 different people equally as rude. Found different company that is actually super east to deal with and the ended up being less money.

As a customer of City Fuel for over 30 years, I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service for oil delivery, furnace maintenance, and tech support. Always top notch! What I didn't know was that they also replace water heaters and address plumbing issues. Our electric water heater ruptured on Sunday night, and City Fuel was here first thing Monday morning to replace it!

The guys were very prompt, polite, and cleaned up everything when they finished. Less than 12 hours after losing our hot water, we were enjoying steamy hot showers! City Fuel is a first class company who truly cares about their customers.

My family has used City Fuel for over 30 years. They have provided us with oil and furnace servicing. They maintained our furnace in working condition for all those years and did an efficient replacement a few years ago. The technician was very accommodating, doing a servicing and cleaning on the same day, even though they weren't scheduled same-day. Also, any billing issues we've had have always been resolved easily.

Thank you City Fuel for installing our new Mitsubishi split units, City Fuel was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job, they finished our units today just in time for the latest heat wave! City Fuel came out to do maintenance on our furnace and detected a a crack in our heat exchange. That meant needing to replace the furnace immediately. A new one was installed within ten days. The team was professional and courteous. Overall it was a positive experience.

We have been a customer with City Fuel for years. Recently, our furnace needed to be replaced. It was over 60 years-old sooo. Anyway the staff at City scheduled us for service in a very timely manner. The techs did an awesome job and were professional and courteous. It was a huge furnace and when it came time for it to be removed it was all hands on deck.

It seemed they brought everyone in to help and they were able to get it out and replaced in no time. Afterwards, one of our neighbors needed work done on their furnace without hesitation we recommended City Fuel and they had them come to their home. After they had City Fuel take care of them and our neighbors thanked us profusely for recommended City Fuel to them.

They were extremely happy with the service they received too. Awesome company highly recommend for your home heating and cooling needs. They also recently installed a mini-splint in. our home.

I have been a customer for over 14 years and I would not buy oil from anyone else. They always deliver next day upon calling. I also purchased a boiler from them with good pricing. I have had service done in the past and they only fix what needs to be fixed, no up-charging or selling of unnecessary parts. Very honest company.

City Fuel is like a small, family-owned business but with the capacity of a big corporation! Every time I contact them they are friendly and go above and beyond to give me great service. I've been using them for years and have no plans to switch!

City fuel came to the Derry Housing & Redevelopment Authority's aid when one of it's buildings was completely out of fuel. We weren't even their customer at the time! They came right out refueled and we have been their customer ever since! We are extremely happy with City Fuel's professionalism, knowledge, service and dependability.

Fantastic service! After 30+ years of buying fuel and having my burner serviced by City Fuel, I decided to take them up on the offer to quote a mini-split system for my home. Can't say enough about the workers. All polite, well mannered, and knowledgeable. Special kudos to Jay for always smiling despite record high temps and to Eric for stopping by regularly to check on the job. I would highly recommend them.

City Fuel has been my heating company for the past 7 yrs and has never disappointed me w/their service(s). Whenever I've called in to order my fuel, the ladies have always been very courteous and helpful. Thank you for your excellent service.

City Fuel has been my fuel and service provider for over 15 years. They are prompt whenever I have needed unscheduled service and their prices are always fair. I appreciate all the billing options available as well.

The worst place for oil. Whoever answers the phone is rude. I've been using this company since December when we bought our new home (because the previous owner did and it was easy). They lied to me about being on a payment plan for months, and now that I need my oil filled, they refuse because I'm all of a sudden not on this payment plan. I've been told multiple time I was on their plan, and I've filled multiple times while owing them a previous balance and now they decided to change their mind.

Being lied to for almost an entire year is not something I look for in a company. i have sent up a new monthly payment plan with another company that delivers today, that's customer service. Take your money else where. They are not worth your headache

So the woman who answers the phone is in the wrong business. Her laziness, ruthless, annoyed attitude would make her a perfect DMV teller. She hates people, hates being delightful, and tries to ruin your day with every sigh, moan and groan she makes while you ask her to work or do her job. It's really disgusting to find an old woman so miserable when all she's doing is answering phones and data entry. Maybe it's time to retire.

This company does have a "New Customer" coupon scam they run. We received a brochure from them shortly after buying our home. You HAVE TO be on automatic delivery and your bill has to be AT LEAST $150 per delivery in order to get the $100 off your bill. ($25 per for 4 deliveries) With them controlling the deliveries, it gives them a perfect way to keep your totals from reaching their REQUIRED $150 charge.

A sad way to sucker in new customers. So, I'll be making it a point to inform new (& current) members of my Co-Op community in Goffstown about this scam that City Fuel offers. Other than this issue, they have great service & delivery people that we've dealt with.

As a new homeowner, that was looking for reasonable company to purchase heating oil from. I filled out the application on Saturday and did not receive a phone call until Tuesday. When I did receive the phone call, the woman stated I noticed that you filled out an application. I told her that I had found another heating oil company and she state "GOOD LUCK WITH THAT" in an extremely sarcastic and condescending manner. Due to this extremely rude experience over the phone, I will make sure that all my friends that own homes and need heating oil know not to go with City Fuel!
