When we bought our new house, we knew that the first thing we had to have done was to replace the windows. We had 30 year old, single pane windows replace with double pane insulated vinyl frame windows and I could tell the difference in the temperature in the house immediately. When my wife and I decided to replace 30 year old windows the first place I went was the Better Business Bureau. I looked at the companies represented and found that a lot of them did not care enough to be members. I got a couple of quotes from other companies but chose "Custom Window Company" because of an A+ rating and zero complaints and also because they were a local, small, privately owned company.

This was a home run for us. They gave us a written quote that beat the other two, provided a better window and the installation was superior. Robert uses heavy drop cloths inside and out to collect all the debris and left the job site spotless. They do all of their installation and do not sub any of it out as do a lot of other companies, so you will deal with the owners, Theresa and Robert, when you order and when they install.

I also recommended them to a neighbor who after looking at the product being installed placed an order for windows for their home, and I unexpectedly received a check from Robert and Theresa. All I can say is that the windows look great and the workmanship speaks for itself. They were prompt about getting us an estimate and once the windows arrived they were quick about calling to set up an installation date. There were no hidden charges. What they quoted was the final price. Aside from the workmanship one of the things I was most impressed about was they didn't leave a mess behind. It seems now days that most contractors leave a mess but not this company. I would strongly recommend them for your next window project.
