I do not recommend this business. I made arrangements for them to replace the foam in our living room furniture. I brought in the cushions, agreed to the services, paid the deposit, and waited the agreed upon week. They did nothing. They did not even order the materials. When I called and then went by to check /pick them up they were extremely rude, had no recollection of my order, and made no offer/effort to remedy the matter. I love to shop local and support small businesses, but I cannot recommend this place.

I had my grandparents' chairs reupholstered here several years ago and they did an amazing job of restoring the cushions and making them like new! I know my neighbor has had several things reupholstered by them as well. It's all about breathing new life into things and reusing! I'm getting ready to take some dining chairs up there today.

I had my sofa reupholstered a few months ago. I specifically asked to have my cushions enhanced with an over wrap. This is stated on my invoice also. They didn't do it. I brought my cushion in to show them the before condition of the cushions. They did not overwrap them. They filled the corners of the cushions out with random pieces of dacron stuffing.
I have to constantly fluff up the cushions and turn them over to keep them looking full. I emailed one of the owners about this and he said this was unacceptable and they would fix the cushions. He also was supposed to mail me the arm covers for the sofa. He never did. The store is a sloppy mess. There are fabrics strewn all over. I don't know why I used this upholsterer. There is a better upholsterer in Fairfax which I have since gone to to put new inserts in another sofa of mine. This store has fabrics well displayed and color coded.
