The person who did the tile repair did excellent work and was very nice. I used them to resurface our pool changing from plaster to a quartz resurfacing years ago. They did a great job then and it's nice to be able to call years later for a tile issue ( not that they did) and have them respond promptly and do another quality job! Contacted Arturo's and from the start the company over promised and didn't deliver. I was told they would visit and provide an estimate and the company failed to show up until I made several phone calls and waited several weeks. Then the company tried to text me for the estimate. We discussed and requested an official quote on their letter head. Never received the quote other than text due to their computer down.
After review of the quote we discussed through text on the water spouts, which were left off the original text. I requested to look at the water spouts and choose and I was sent another text with a picture from National pool tile catalogue. I contacted National pool tile and National pool tile could not tell me where on their web site I could find and review their water spouts.
After some time I provided to Auturo's the spouts I wanted. I was told to purchase the water spouts and Auturo's would install. I let them know the spouts were included. Then again more test and more back and fort until I finally stated I can not use them. The guys name I was working with was Joey. Really very unprofessional. I had another quote that was less but was trying my best to work with them.impossible.

Arturo and Neilly just completed a replastering and remodeling project on our pool and did a really outstanding job. Neilly was very helpful in selecting tile and the redesign of the pool. The replastering and tile work was efficent and professional. The price we paid was more than fair and they did some additional work that was not in the contract and they did not charge for it. I would recommend Arturo's Pool Plastering without reservation.
