Stair lifts come in a variety of models and styles, which are also called a stairway elevator, a chair lift, or chair glides. They can carry a person or a pet up and down the stairs safely without any modification or construction. They are simple to install and use. We are happy to discuss your mobility challenges and barriers within your home, and to inspect your stairs in-person or virtually. Once we understand your needs, and assess the layout of your stairs, we can recommend a model and an affordable price.

Great service from Accessible Systems. My husband had a stroke 6 days after we signed a contract for a new house. We knew that he would not be able to go into the finished basement (the man cave that he designed). Going down steps would be a problem. Accessible Systems helped us rethink. the curved stairlift is great. The installers were extremely good, professional, and did not leave until they showed us how to use the system.

Took care of every detail including unexpected difficulties, without change orders. Solved a tricky drain relocation. Made sure everything was installed perfectly. Did much more than required. Worked with me to design a bathroom that meets all my needs and is attractive, while minimizing cost. I am very happy with my new bathroom!

Greg was fantastic! He explained each step of the construction process. Per our requests, he made a couple of adjustments to the original plan which improved the steps. He cleaned up the work area when he was done (our garage was cleaner than when he began!). My wife is very happy with the stairs -- they greatly improve her access to the house. Thanks for a job well done.

Great company that helps others in one of their greatest time of need. This is the only company to use in the Denver metro area for your accessibility needs, they helped me 4 years ago when my mother in law moved in and again this week after my dad moved in. Each had different needs, but their care and issues were addressed individually with compassion and professionalism. Great people and company, I work in post acute healthcare and again Accessible Systems is the only company I recommend.

Accessible systems did a great job on our bathroom shower install. The final product looks wonderful, they were very accommodating when it came to using materials of our own choice. Mitchell did great work, and was endlessly patient with our two boys (2 and 7) who were excited at the possibility of helping with all of the work and asked tons of questions. we are very happy with the results. Chris was our project manager and was easy to reach and responsive to any concerns we had during the process.

The price structure was upfront with no sudden surprise fees. you know exactly what you will be paying when the project is done. Give them a call and see what they can do for you.

They are life Savers! I had a total shoulder replacement, then fell broke 3 toes in my foot and live in a 2 story home. They came out same day I called! They installed the lift the next day and brought out a perfect potable ramp so I could get out of my house in the wheel chair. Best company to work with. Everyone we worked with where super people!

Ok.first bathrooms are expensive! I had bids between 18,000 and 30,000. Normally you can find someone lower then the highest. But, I found the low bids are almost like the fit tub commercials.they have a general look and it's kinda one style for all. So, money.you will have to pay to get a great bathroom.and folks if your going to do a project like this.it's because you want to enjoy your house.

If your moving or selling your not enjoying the remodel your about to do.sell as is.it's not worth just to put in a new bathroom and sell the next day. I encourage all, if you like your home and you have things you want changed. DO IT! Do not sit in your home 15 years and fix it up to sell.fix it up to enjoy it now! Truly selling in Colorado, unless your moving down south.selling in Colorado is silly.unless your truly downsizing!

If you enjoy your home except certain things.get it upgraded and enjoy your home.then when you go to sell, if you ever do you will not feel like a fool having to put out 50,000 just to sell.so enjoy your home, slowly improve your home and enjoy it.then when you sell.you will feel good about it. These folks worked with us.did the job assignment.completed without me having to get involved.that's how you want a job to go.

Very happy with Accessible Systems! They took their time with us to understand exactly what we wanted or needed, then measured twice so the product was just right. The installation went perfectly and we have a new product that we are very satisfied with. Perfect!

RD, the guy who installed the stair lift was very professional and explained everything he could about the stair lift and spent time to explain everything to me. He was also very polite. Everyone I have spoken to at this company is very responsive I was able to get my lift chair installed in a short time from the time I ordered it.

Accessible Systems always does a great job for us. We've been using them to service our stairlift for years. Unfortunately our old lift died and trapped me in the basement. Aaron responded to our home within 30 minutes and had us scheduled for a new refurbished lift to be installed today. Luke showed up to install the new lift and was done in a few short hours. He was nothing but professional, courteous, , and a pleasure to have in our home! I'd give Accessible Systems ten stars if I could! Highly recommended!

I was very happy with the service I received from Luke, he was very personalble, extremely professional, went over and above excellent customer service and made sure I was happy with the product and the work he performed. This was my second time having "Accessible Systems" place a now total of two chairlifts into my home (both visits were installations performed by Luke) and just like his first visit he of course gave as expected High Quality Workmanship. Luke is truly an asset to your company. Thank you! Ginger Black

Chris showed up just before his window time to begin. He was very kind, professional and focused on the job at hand. When all was done, he cleaned up, demonstrated the stair lift with our son and was on his way. We are very pleased with the install and the stair lift! Thank you, Accessible Systems!

The Denver office of Accessible Systems is the WORST. They stood me up repeatedly, once because the installer needed a nap. They lied when confronted about problems with the installation, broke my hose bib and killed my lawn with their chemicals. Never use these horrible people. I had extensive Bathroom remodels and was told the Master bath would be out of commission for only 1 week. Four weeks later, it still wasn't near finished and had to be redone.

I'm appalled at how we have been treated. I was lied to about a 6 curb protecting my daughter from driving off the side of her ramp in a power chair. They forgot to build it and then said they don't because they fail after a few years. They didn't calculate the rise for our ramp and made it too short. Now they want me to request more money from my daughters waiver to cover their mistakes. I've had their field supervisor Gary out to pretty much call me a liar and want to see my daughter actually use it.

She has spastic quad CP and is learning to use her new gait trainer. Why should I force her to use an incline at 2/12 just because your contractor Matt refused to check The sales guys math. Never use this company unless you love being ignored and blown off because of their company's issues!

We are very satisfied with the finished product. My only complaint is that about 2 inches of sawdust plus left around the ramp. I did not notice it until after the workmen left. My expectation was that it would be cleaned up. But most importantly, the ramp is amazing. We are more than pleased and will certainly use accessible systems in the future if the need should arise.

Was very prompt for appointment. I have special needs due to strokes, so installer let me put the bathtub bar in my hand and then act as if I was getting into the tub so the bar would be in the best place for me, before securing to the wall. I was impressed that he let me do this. He cleaned up after himself, was very polite, and this is a company that I would certainly use again.

Had them come out to quote a simple bathroom (nothing custom, no moving of pluming, no special tile patterns, just simple upgrade of items). First off, they wouldn't even send me the quote or go over it on the phone with me. They wanted me to drive all the way to Englewood (an hour away) to review which I never went because that just cocky of them to think I'm driving an hour there and an hour back.

They wanted to make everything custom after I told them I wanted cookie cutter stuff like at home depot. Then they kept trying to push their left over floor products onto me saying they would give me a good deal. Obviously, I didn't choose them because if they are this difficult to deal with on just getting a quote then they would be worse during the remodel.

The folks at Accessible Systems really care about their customers. My 81 year old mother loves her new walk in handicap accessible shower converted in the same space from a bathtub.

In December of 2015, I was in the market for a mobility scooter. We stopped in there, because they were local to us. They allowed me, as well as my husband, to try 2 different scooters. We chose the 4 wheel scooter, because of the stability. By the time we left, the 'driving out the door' cost was over $1800.00. With a 3 year warranty for the entire scooter, is what we were told.

Less than 5 months later, the batteries went out. The extra strong batteries we paid for left me sitting at the zoo. My husband is in a wheelchair & getting from the back of the zoo to the front was difficult. We went back to Accessible Systems & they replaced the batteries, but I had to go back to pick the battery pack up. Less than a month later, we were at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo when the batteries, plus a fuse went out.

The trolley they have there took us to the front gate so we wouldn't have to walk. We went back to Accessible only to be told the warranty on the batteries was only 6 months. We pointed out when we bought it we were told it was 3 years, front to back. We were misinformed, they advised us. Fine. We have gotten replacement batteries at the local Batteries+. Yesterday, I had to call them as I had a tire melt.

Not their fault, but as the local dealer, we thought they would have stock. I was told I would be called back by one of the service techs who would give me prices & a time frame. We are leaving this Friday for our 37th anniversary & my scooter will be going with us. I got the call 2 hours later, being told the wheels were $99.99 each, plus rush shipping & would be at least 2 days before they got them in.

I told him my husband had a call into someone else & if I needed them, I would call back. Yesterday we placed an order with Monster Scooter Parts for 2 rear wheels for my scooter with overnight shipping & paid significantly less than the cost of the 2 wheels alone from Accessible. I now have the wheels I need with plenty of time to get them put on before we leave. I will not be going back to Accessible Systems. My husband wants a scooter for himself, but that will be bought somewhere else.

I was in a bind and needed a ramp. I'm a double amputee. The sales staff was more than willing to take my money for the sale. I no longer need it and wanted them to buy it back. I realize they are not obligated to repurchase this ramp and I realize the ramp is year and six months old and it has very little wear, but what happened to customer service.

They can resale it at the same price they sold it to me. I really should have looked into their return or repurchase policy. Too Late and like most of your customers I'm not happy. Tom S.

They helped make thing easier around the home for sure. Were a bit tardy in finishing up, saying they were having trouble with the suppliers. I did get the value for what I paid.

One of the worst experiences of my life. They were 6 weeks behind schedule. They would not return phone calls. They would show up late. They made us wait and were late for their appointments. One of the owners would not return phone calls. Support staff was short and rude, every time we called. They promised they would complete the job in a timely manner.

My loved one DIED, waiting for them to start the bathroom. He never got to take the shower they sold/promised him. They did not slope the shower stall correctly and when we take a shower, the bathroom has 1/2 of water on the floor - every time we shower. They told us they were done with the contract, but, WE had a BIG problem now. We went downstairs and water was pouring into the basement from leaking pipes.

We had to hire a professional plumber to fix the leaks; which cost us thousands of dollars. IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. BAD. BAD. BAD. BAD. BAD. FROM START TO FINISH.

We were in a pinch. Broken caster on a hospital bed. They are close so we stopped by. They sold me one used caster for $25.00. Not even the same brand that I needed. Never offered to see if one could be ordered for what product line I was looking for. I need more products but I will not be shopping here.

We had a bathroom converted to an accessible shower area; we appreciated the guidance the staff provided - they were extremely helpful and informative. The workmanship is just beautiful - truly beyond words. Communication was pretty good; staff were approachable via cell phones and email which was great. I would highly recommend Accessible Systems.
