Right Now Air is a trustworthy, customer service oriented business, rare in this day and age. We have been customers for several years and recently signed back up for their maintenance program. Jose responded quickly, after hours, and was incredibly helpful. He got our unit back up and it should last until we could get scheduled for a full replacement.

As promised Right Now Air came out within a few days to review our needs and recommend the right replacement. Mark E. was our representative and he was exceptional (personable, no pressure, gave us a full range of options, and provided surprisingly easy financing). Can't wait for our new system. Love this company and highly recommend!

So far we are so happy with our new air unit and revamped duct system. Our house was experiencing extreme temperature differences between rooms. Have used Right Now Air for 20-plus years at our other home, just moved into a new one this past week. Had the existing AC company come out to do a check for us. All the guy wanted to do was upsell us on the latest and greatest systems, new thermostats, etc. He barely spent 5 minutes up in our attic checking out our units. Jose and Roger from Right Now Air came over, spent a couple of hours at our house, checked out everything inside and out, and gave us excellent advice on how to move forward.

No BS, no upselling, just excellent service and an honest assessment. We have a house with two AC units, 5 zones, 5 thermostats, and they were not working as they should. We needed help, and Jose and Roger really took care of us. As we did with our old home, Right Now Air will be the only AC company we use going forward at our new one.

It's been 21 months since I had a York package unit installed by Right Now Air. It has had a couple growing pains but continues to work quietly and efficiently. I am very thankful to Bob, Mark, Jose and the wonderful staff at Right Now Air for their fast and friendly service and making sure I am nothing less than completely satisfied and comfortable with my HVAC system.

Right Now Air is the best business I have dealt with in the 40+ years I have lived in Las Vegas. They have been my air and heat service company for over 13 years. I purchased two units from them 13 years ago, and they have been my annual service company since then. They are honest, reliable, and always there for their clients. I highly recommend them!

I have used Right Now Air, and Mark Eisenhauer, for 3 years for regular maintenance on my HVAC unit. Last week, I discovered my unit was leaking. I called and they were out within the hour. It was time for a new unit.they came and installed it today! Mark and his team were awesome, ensuring that everything was done professionally. They made sure all my questions were answered. I moved in at my current residence in 2006. I have used no one other than RightNow Air for any heating or A/C issues I have had. Josh, in particular, has been out numerous times and has always been polite, professional and informative. I recently had a new unit installed. My A/C went down and my home warranty was being useless and leaving high and dry. I went a week without air conditioning before I took matters into my own hands and called Right Now Air. The technician they sent got my unit up and running (something the technicians the warranty sent couldn't do) and gave me straightforward and honest advice about what to do about my old unit. Excellent customer service will most likely call them when I have A/C needs again.

Wonderful family owned company! Larry is a great owner and I've spoke to him a few times. He is always happy to answer the phone. My tech today was Josh K. and he was wonderful! Took his time to makes sure everything was working perfectly and checked our full system. Highly recommend Right Now Air and Josh as the tech! My in-laws have used this company for over 30 years now and I've used the company for close to 15 years myself! I have already requested to have Josh back for our Fall/Winter services later this year!

Joey was professional and kind. Not only did he figure out the problem immediately, he helped me change my air filters. The true kindness was the owner Larry letting me pay for Joey's work when I had the money available. I didn't have to scrimp on the pantry this month. During these times, it's a blessing to find kind businesses and people. Mom started with this company in the 80's and always enjoyed the service. I think she's smiling down from heaven today as well. I thought my ac went out but after some due diligence from Craig it was found to be a small fuse. After he replaced the fuse he then proceeded to install my new digital thermostat. My house is now cool again and I can sleep at night. Thank you.

Right Now Air has been my company for 15+ years with maintenance and 1 replacement unit. They have always been Professional, Personal, Cost Aware and always great Technicians. Joey has been my tech for the last few years, very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and works with management for best cost. What a great company and a great experience. Our unit went out late weekend evening and was able to get an early morning appointment. Their tech person, Jose was super polite, courteous and beyond professional. He showed up on time, wearing a mask and put on shoe booties before entering our home. Was more than happy to have me watch him while he worked and made sure to put on and remove his shoe coverings each time he went from inside to outside our home.

We ended up asking for additional work/inspection and it was done with no issue. Their prices are very completive if not better than many places in the area. The tech was not pushy in any way, did not try to upsell me things I didn't need. Coming from an HVAC background it was nice to see and to say the least, very impressed. I have been dealing with Right Now Air for many years, both at this home and my previous one. The service is second to non. After living in this home for just over a year I felt it was time to replace the HVAC system. No pressure from anyone I made a selection and today it was installed. Mark and Jose were professional in every way. Although I had been told it could take up to six hours they were finished in less than five hours. Everything working well and checked out thoroughly. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I had an A/C issue the other week. I called Right Now Air and they were able to have someone at my home in about 1 hour. I was very impressed with the speedy service. The tech, Joshua came and took a look at the a/c. He had a lot of information to give me and was able to give me a quote right away. He was also able to start the work the same day. They really do promise a 100% guarantee that you are happy with their services. I was very thankful that they came out and assisted me as much as possible that day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with their A/C unit.

Right Now Air has been servicing our air conditioner for over 5 years. Their team is always professional and diligent and explains any issues that we are having. Today, John came to check our AC. He found an issue with our motor and immediately took steps to explain the situation, then replace the motor. Our AC is over 13 years old--right now, just trying to get our AC ago hold on for another year or two, then we will call Right Now Air to replace our units. Josh was great, same day service, honest, thorough, professional. I had another company tell me we needed a new air handler for $6600. Josh gave the system a thorough inspection and found no serious issues He recommended a different kind of filter. I changed filter type and it greatly improved the cooling.

I called Right Now Air because my Heat was not working. My unit is 15 years old and this would have been the second repair this year. I decided to replace the AC/Heat with a new, more efficient unit. The quote was clear and reasonable with an awesome warranty. Right Now Air installed the new unit in about 6 hours keeping my home as clean as they found it. Iam really impressed!

I now have heat and air in rooms that had little or none with the old unit, as they modified the ducts to perform better during the new installation. Bob and Mark are really great at what they do. Fair pricing, quality work and excellent support. They get all my business now.

Ordered a tune up/maintenance for our two systems in the house (upstairs and downstairs) Here's how it went: - On time service. -Customer service from the office and the field: spot on. -Pricing seemed some what high for the service but still fair. Would I recommend and use again? Absolutely. Field technician Jose was courteous and professional who also demonstrated a high level of respect for our home.

I say this because he automatically wore shoe covers prior to stepping on our white carpet which put my wife at ease. They offered a club membership for maintenance and discounted services on HVAC. MY OPINION: worth the 300 dollars a year.

Originally had them service our AC a few years ago when they were recommended by a commercial service. Since then, they have responded RIGHT NOW, but with the club service, my AC unit is working as the manufacturer said and maintaining it with Right Now Air is keeping it in tip top shape. My airconditioning unit just decided to stop in the middle of the night. Called Right now air as sson as i woke up and 1 hr later Bob the service manager is right in front of my door on a SUNDAY! I highly recommeded the company specially Bob Martin he is promp, honest and straight forward.

Since 2010 we've had Right Now Air come and do our A/C tune up, but this the first time I do a review and it's all because of Mr. Bob. He is great, simply the best. If I can, I going to request him next time. I really like this company, they are all so nice, and good at what they do, from the ladies on the phone, to the technicians. Wish I'd done this sooner. I have been a customer of Right Now Air for over 10 years. The company provides excellent product, care, and service! I would like to especially commend Bob. He is so caring and compassionate. I got the opportunity to have him come for my well check today. In the past, Bob as instrumental in making sure we received emergency service. I discovered my A/C was out today at 11:00. I called them and they were at my house by 1:30. Found the problem, had the part on the truck, replaced it, and did a checkout of the system. All done by 2ish. With a 109 high today, this was a life-saver. Our technician was Mark, who was super professional. This is my second time using Right Now. I recommend them all the way. (PS.

I cannot comment as to the reasonableness of pricing, as I didn't price shop. They do, though, have their prices printed on a laminated product that they show you, so you know that are not taking advantage of you.)

Today these guys wanted 8k to replace one of the AC units and they said that was for the cheap one and a good one would be 14k. Then they said the part that's in the attic that dispenses the air needed to be replaced as well but when he went and looked at it he said the other one for the other AC unit was in the way so he would have to replace them both.

At this point it sounded like a scam. Then they said they would leave a portable unit there for us overnight because there are two newborn babies in the house. But when they weren't sure we were going to spend 10k + with them suddenly they didn't want to leave the portable. Needless to say we decided to get another quote and remembered there was an AC guy at church.

He said if we wanted to spend 10k we could have a weekend at The Red Rock with the families and have a ton of fun AND fix the AC. If you go with this company I would recommend getting a second opinion. UPDATE: the repair cost 150$.

I just ended service with these guys after several years of having our units maintained by them. One of their technicians just came over a few weeks ago to do our annual AC systems check. He determined there was an loud and unusual sound coming from one unit, and suggested we look into replacing both. We'll they were over 12 years old and were builder quality Yorks, so it really wasn't a surprise. Anyway, I said I'd discuss it with my wife and get back to him. That's when the pressure started.

He really wanted to immediately set up a home evaluation with both me and my wife present. She was really busy then and was going out of town for a few days. He essentially forced us into making some arrangements. Well we decided to set up the evaluation with him a few days later. He took over 3 hours to check out our house! After he was finished he sat down with my wife and really pushed their air filtration system upgrade hard. I'm sure they get a nice fat commission for selling those!

And the clincher was they were going to install another couple York units! We decided to go with Sun Country, and smaller family-owned operation that was Trane certified. We got top of the line 20 SEER Trane units for much less than their 16 SEER York units! I'll be sticking with Sun Country from here on out!

Got up this morning and once again no fan for the 2nd time in as many years to blow heat in my home. I've been with this company for quite awhile now but I'm starting to think the unit they replaced my 18 year old system with is an over-priced lemon. I paid 10k for a new system from them. It hasn't been installed more than 6 years and I've had 3 or 4 problems with it.

Can you say rip-off. I guess now they're making throw away $10k heating & air-conditioning systems. Just like everything else in this country. All they seem like they want to do is sell, sell, sell to you as well. I'm looking for another company. Makes me wonder if the employees are writing the 5 star reviews here. I'm also tired of paying them $180.00 a year for their preferred maintenance plan as well.

If the systems they sell you are so great you shouldn't need to buy their yearly maintenance. I shouldn't be having these problems on a system that's not that old either.

To make a long story short, my AC was not working well during the heat of the summer day but worked fine at night. The tech they sent was adamant about replacing the unit because it was apparently in terrible condition. I was dinged for 250 bucks in coolant charges that was used to cool off my AC for the tech to even be able to diagnose it. In total they charged me $500+ and the AC still did not function correctly.

I did not believe the unit needed to be replaced so I had a 2nd opinion done by SilverState Refrigeration & HVAC. It turns out the only thing wrong with the unit was a bad capacitor which was fixed for $189. Also instead of using coolant to cool off the AC to diagnose it, the tech just used water from a water hose for no extra charge. Going from needing the unit replaced to just a bad capacitor really makes me wonder what RightNow Air was thinking.

Glad I didn't fall for their ploy to get a new unit which would have costed me $5000+. I would never recommend RightNow Air to anyone because you will likely be taken for a ride. Businesses that try to take advantage of people in the summer heat of Vegas is just criminal. SilverState Refrigeration & HVAC would be the ones to call. My AC is working great now and I spent less than half of what I paid RightNow Air to just blow smoke up my ass.
