JT & K were contracted by my home owner's warranty. They called me promptly to set up an appointment. They were willing to come same day. They called when they were on the way. Arrived promptly. They were friendly and professional. They clearly explained to me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. After they finished they again explained what was done. The entire time they were very friendly and personable. I will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs once my warranty has expired.

This company is terrible, their plumber Jason, is an inconsiderate asshole, who complains about getting a job, complains while on the job, makes snide and very rude comments, and is very disrespectful. I would never use this company ever, unless you want to be disappointed in the results. We are constantly having have them come and fix stuff because they cant get it right the first time, and refuse to do it correctly.

This is the biggest joke of a plumbing company. I will never use this company again. I was required to go through them for my insurance company. They came out in July and said they were only there to evaluate the situation and were going to take pictures. They called me about 5 days later and tried to tell me the only thing they could do is unclog the drains. Ummm no.
The water pressure needs to be fixed in the bath tub and the heat. They said they were not going to fix those issues. I called the American first back and they said there is no reason for them not to fix it and they would send an email. Two weeks went by I never heard anything. I called the insurance company and asked them what was going on. They said they would send a different company and call me back.
Two more weeks go by and nothing. I called them again and they said this plumbing company had to come back out. So finally last Friday they came back out to say they were only going to unclog the drains. They refused to do what I paid them to do. They are a disgrace of a plumbing company.

JT & K Services was selected when filing a home warranty service request. I was contacted within 24 hours of the service request and they were able to come out within the next 2 days. Just a broken cartridge so no real rush as we were able to still turn on water and shower just with reversed controls. They came out after contacting us to give us heads up and where able to fix the issue, answer questions that we had. Very polite and would recommend to other home owners if you are able to choose your service company.

JT&K Services, Inc. ("JT&K") submitted an invoice to us which included the purchase of a water heater. The price of this water heater was inadvertently paid twice by us, once as part of the larger invoice from JT&K and once as a stand alone credit card payment. We alerted JT&K to this overpayment in June of last year. At that time JT&K acknowledged the error and stated that a refund had been sent or would be sent.
We never received a refund and have followed up numerous times over the past six months by telephone and email in an attempt to resolve this matter, but have been unsuccessful. JT&K now refuses to speak with us and actually hangs up on us when we call. We were a regular customer for nearly 4 years but now they are completely unresponsive and rude to us. We are a small non-profit and just want our duplicate payment back.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! He came to our home to replace our water heater. Once he got inside he told me he couldn't do the job because it would be too hard for him to get our water heater out of the house. He didn't examine the water heater. He simply walked to where it was and upon seeing it said he couldn't do the job. Then he expected me to pay a $60 service charge.
To make matters worse he tried to send us to collections over the $60 we refused to pay since this claim was through our home warranty company. Keep on scrolling to the next plumber.
