Moved into a home that desperately needed a meaningful water mitigation strategy. I called ValueDry at the recommendation of our realtor and asked for Markus. He immediately scheduled an appointment to review our situation and walked me through a clear, organized, and thoughtful plan to solve our water woes. The price was competitive and fair for the significant work we needed-we did seek additional quotes, but Markus' knowledge and savvy surpassed everyone else.

The amazing team assigned to our home was led by Roger. Everyone was exceptionally professional and worked hard. Roger approached the project with integrity and clear communication. We are grateful to ValueDry for fulfilling its promise to install quality waterproofing that provides us peace of mind. Markus, Roger, and the team at the business office were truly amazing. Henry Morales did a great annual maintenance for us. Fixed the main pump, which was not working, and saved us the cost of replacing the replacement battery! Five stars.

Brittany Spears from Value dry came and determined where my basement leak was coming in. AJ and team installed my sump pump and later set up to have my have my drywall completed the and custom built box to cover the battery backup. They did an amazing job. The staff was friendly, efficient, timely, and professional. I would definitely recommend them for waterproofing needs.

The customer service I received from Bill from our initial conversation to the follow up call was very professional. Josh did an excellent job installing a new pump and backup battery for my system. He took the time to explain what went wrong with my old system and how the new system worked. I also really appreciated the way that he cleaned the area where the work was performed prior to leaving. Bill and staff were great. Very courteous and attentive to my needs. My questions were responded to immediately and the team quickly installed my new sump pump and fixed another problem area around my basement door. Brittany Jones (representative) did a tremendous job setting us up for waterproofing service! Installation was a total of three days. Two days for drywall removal and drainage installation and one day for drywall installation! AJ was always available to answer my calls as well! I highly recommend Value Dry and Evan Sands/Sales. He knows the business, the process and was very thorough. I felt very comfortable with what was proposed and received a very fair estimate. In addition, he is a dog lover and was very good with my furry kids! I had previously used JES and that job had to be ripped out. Wonderful experience with Brittany Spears and her team. Used them once back in April 2021 to install a sump pump, and then subsequently had water in a different part of the basement. Without hesitation, she came out to inspect and scheduled an extension within a week. The foreman was knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything he was doing, both times. Their service was excellent and high-quality and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!

One of the worst experiences I have encounter Paid thousands of dollars for a waterproofing system and foundation repair. The representative who came out and provided the initial estimate stated that the interior wall did not need to contain the system and ensured me that it would not be an issue and no water would get in, however I continued to experience basement flooding after the system was installed on the three suggested walls.

I called the company, someone came back out who was very rude and condescending and stated that I now have to pay additional money to have the system installed on the interior wall which their representative told me was not needed. I feel like the representative was just trying to make a sale and was not honest with me. The job was done incorrectly the first time and had to be completely redone which caused great stress to an already compromised foundation.

They suggested carbon fiber straps to fix the foundation issue. When the second crew from the same company came out they themselves stated that the carbon fiber was not installed correctly, the supervisor came out, looked at it said it was. I had zero confidence that the work was done correctly due to the conflicting information from associates within the same company and no confidence that my foundation issue was addressed correctly so I had to have someone to come out and inspect the work at which time I found out that what they suggested did not correct the problem or should even have been suggested for my particular issue.

After further investigation things weren't even done per my initial contract with Value Dry. Now I am left having to pay thousands more for an issue that was not fixed correctly and the recommendations for the issue were not the correct fix. I had to contact the company about my driveway multiple times because concrete was left on my driveway including on the house.

When I reported this, they came out twice and put some kind of cleaner on the siding which caused discoloration, and I have reported to them several times but nothing was done. They just keep putting some kind of cleaner on it and states "we will keep an eye on it." I still have concrete stains in my driveway that they never came back to resolve. I would not recommend this company to anyone, very disappointed in the customer service, the work done itself, and the follow up to my issues.

I have wasted thousands of dollars for a system that I do not feel confident with, have had reoccurring problems, repairs not made per contract, and had to spend additional money to have the issue addressed correctly. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
