Ideal for when clearance behind the spa is limited, this hydraulic lift utilizes an exclusive windlock system that virtually eliminates broken shock syndrome. This wide, durable step can support more than 700 pounds of weight and has six colors to choose from. This rail maximizes safety and keeps slick surfaces from getting in the way of your customers' relaxation.
It's important to understand that a spa is not simply a small swimming pool. In a spa, the water is heated to between 98-104° F, a temperature which is much warmer than a swimming pool, and the water is more turbulent. The ratio of people to the amount of water is also much greater in a spa. It is because of these factors that spa water needs to be treated differently than pool water.

GFI circuit popped and no power to Spa. Hard to get anyone to respond to fix it. Called Spa Doctor and was told that it was likely a heater. Took a week or so but the tech showed up after texting and, it was the heater. But, of course he had used the last heater earlier in the day. He volunteered to come back on Sat with a new heater after a fishing trip! Really appreciated and above and beyond. Appreciated the on phone and in person help. Would recommend for any future repairs.

They have always come thru when I need my jacuzzi cleaned, the top changed, or some maintenance issue such as leaking hoses and pipes. They are very reasonably priced and Karen is very nice to work with. Definitely recommend them if you have jacuzzi service needs.

My 20 year old hot tub was overheating and I emailed the Spa Doctor to schedule a service call. They suggested opening up all the jets and letting it run even before coming out. Sure enough it worked! Simple problem, simple answer. I'll be contacting them when I really need their help.

Waited 3 weeks to get a Technician to came out to repair a leak in my hot tub. He arrived and looked at everything under the tub and fix 1 tube. Said everything was good and to refill the tub. He left. Refilled the tub that night after I cleaned it and noticed it still leaking, called the office and got no response. The next day Karen gave me the technician number and I texted him and he said he would come out 1 week later on a day.

He no showed/called. After several attempts to call/text with no response I was told he was going on vacation and won't be back in the area and to call a different company. Stay away from this business. No communication, doesn't show up to appointments, Karen the owner doesn't seem to care about her customers. I wish I can post the texts messages I got from both of them, very unprofessional

Super responsive, super helpful and all about doing just the work that is needed at the time and educating the consumer on do it yourself options. Can't recommend enough!

Karen is incredible; she responded to my email over the weekend (unexpected) and took the time to offer great suggestions to remedy even though she doesn't service my area - she also gave me phone numbers for people that could help that actually DO service my area. It's so nice to see business owners who go above and beyond. Thank you!

Karen at Spa Dr's has been nothing short than amazing. She has taken a hot tub that was from Westport and was totally disgusting and has made it brand new. Not only did she clean it to make it new again, she has been very engaging and made sure all my needs were met. She has even made it to my house a 2nd time to install a water filter that apparently I'm to dumb to install.

She even has mentioned she will teach me how to clean it myself so I can save some money down the road. Oh and I didn't mention that she got me all the instructions to my old/used hot tub, that is now brand new and beautiful. Thanks to her my family and I get to enjoy daddy's new tub worry free. Thanks Karen! :

Contacted The Spa Doctor about a general estimate to have our hot tub cleaned and detailed. Karen got back to us promptly with a price range, dependent on where we were located and assuming that our tub was not in terrible shape (which is wasn't, just hadn't been used by the previous tenants for about a year) and was able to come out within the week (others I had checked with refused to even give a range for an estimate without coming to our home which felt like high pressure tactics and their next appts were weeks away). Karen was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

She took the time to educate on how to use the chemicals (we are novices) and teach us about our tub. I asked about the monthly service offered on their website (she did not push it on us. :) ) since we're newer to having a hot tub and we'd like training wheels for a few months. She told us how much that cost and that it's not contractual. We can do it for as many or as few months as we'd like. All around a great experience, especially as new hot tub users.
