Everdry sold me a system to protect my basement. I purchased it and it was installed 3 months ago. They destroyed my landscaping, and 3 rooms of flooring during the install. (They did not mention this would happen in the sales pitch). The system has failed twice in three months and Everdry indicated they only protected half of my basement. They offered to sell me another waterproofing system for the second half of my basement when I complained.

Everdry uses predatory sales tactics in order to scare you into hiring them. They pressured me into signing the day of the quote and threatened to take away the "discount" when I said I wanted to think it over. Now I'm learning This service should have cost about half of what I paid. Work seems to be completed fine but I feel like I got ripped off. I recommend going with a different, more honest company for your waterproofing needs.

I bought my house 2017 and saw that they have did some patching on the basement wall. In 2018 spring I noticed it was leaking and called Everdry to come out. Greg my salesman was nice and explained everything, so they came out in November 2018 to do my basement. I was hoping that is was all fixed, but as i went to repaint I noticed it was leaking again. and I have had problems with it still leaking every year, but the customer service is great and they have been out every time and try to fix the problem. All the service guys are very pleasant and work quietly and quickly as I work from home.

I had my basement waterproofed 6 years ago by EveryDry Fort Wayne. They closed last year and South Bend took over my files. We have paid for a warranty for 6 years and now that something is going on with my sump pump South Bend is no longer honoring warranties from the Fort Wayne branch. So I wasted money every year for this company to then just throw the warranty out. I would suggest AVOIDING this company at all costs. Customer service is TERRIBLE!

Our waterproofing was originally done by Everydry of Ft Wayne, which unbeknownst to us closed down earlier this year. While there was some confusion surrounding our warranty, I'm happy that Everdry of Michiana is honoring the warranty. Our sump pump went out recently and once we got all this sorted out (Jayne and Sara were very pleasant to work with) someone was out the next day at the time promised and the pump was quickly replaced.
My ideal resolution would not be paying to replace the pump but they at least did it at a reduced cost, waiving fees for reinstating the warranty. It's certainly not their fault the other company went out of business and all his contracts were dumped in their lap nor ours for not knowing they did so just one of those things. DY - Syracuse

I'm writing this review because I feel the most recent reviews are not reflective of current issues people are experiencing. I settled at 3 stars because they have been very responsive when called. But I have several concerns. I have had them back out to my house at least 4x now since the work was completed. The time frame to come inspect is reasonable, but unfortunately the time frame to complete the work has been long.
When I signed up for this service there were so many guarantees regarding never having water and moisture issues again in my basement. I bought the package that would give me the flexibility to fully finish my basement and use it as living space. Needless to say that has not been possible because I am still getting water in my basement. At what point does the company realize that they need to start offering partial refunds?
I am literally losing money. I am paying monthly for work that obviously has not been successful. Each time I consider getting furniture and finishing out my basement area, I think about the money I'm literally throwing down the drain because I do not trust that the work that has been done will be sufficient. Warranties are great, but no one expects to have to use them. Offer some refunds, because something is not working and just contstantly saying we'll fix it is not good enough.

Lost about $150 worth of plants. I was promised everything would "go back into the exact spot it was taken from." They dug the plants out and aligned them very nicely on the tarp. But who ever put them back was careless. I was missing multiple plants and found them buried flat under the tarp. The roots and the whole entire plant. I have a few plants that were just laid in dirt and not buried.
I would have taken them out myself and put them back in if I knew it was going to be such an issue. They wasted their time even attempting to put them back, as I had to redo the whole thing to find my missing plants under the tarps. We did inform the them of this. I am still missing a few plants that I can't even locate. I'm not sure how that happens when I seen them all spread out.
They also chopped through a few of my plants with their shovel and ruined the bulbs. I was home and someone could have asked me where the plants go as well, but there was no communication. If you don't know where something goes, you should simply ask the home owner when they are home. Not even that, just the fact a few were smothered and buried is careless.
I would just suggest not promising your customers that everything goes back where it did before and if you can't handle the job, you should simply state it is too much to put back. Communication is key and there was none. I wouldn't have been as bothered by it if i wasn't promised this exact thing wouldn't happen when we signed the contract. So if you have plants that you care about, I would suggest removing them yourself, and putting them back yourself as well. Which I would have had no problem doing if I would have known that was going to be the case.

Griffith - Everydry waterproofed my basement many years ago. They did an excellent job. They have made a few upkeep visits over the years, but my basement remains in good shape. The technicians that come out are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I am very pleased with the work that they have done to my basement.

We have had our Everdry system for many years. It has been a worthwhile investment for us. We do get quite a bit of seasonal rain in our area and have had peace of mind knowing Everdry has us taken care of. Work was fast, friendly and no complaints about the quality. In the 15 years we have been using their system we have only had to call them on 2 occasions and they were quick to come out and make repairs which were completed the same day. They send friendly reminders throughout the year for maintaining your system and the annual warranty rate is very low. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. DM-LaPorte

The salesman was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy! He gave me the facts of what they could do to keep the water out of my basement and helped me with a financing plan. I had to wait awhile for the installation guys to arrive - it was a VERY wet winter and spring that year! But they completed the job in 3 days and were very efficient! It is coming up on 3 years now and there have been no issues with water seeping into my basement! Happy Customer AB from Griffith, IN!

Everdry did a great job waterproofing our basement. The work was done quickly and cleanly and no water or mold a year later. The workers were polite and professional. Most importantly, our 11 year old son who has bad allergies and sinus problems is much less congested and his breathing problems have decreased significantly. We had no idea how bad the mold in our basement was and how it was effecting our son. Thanks to Everdry, we now have a healthy house! BR - Hobart, IN

Ever dry waterproofed out crawl space about 14 years ago. Their service rep was prompt, professional and informative. We were drawn to the lifetime guarantee and signed a contract. The crew was punctual and hard working, finishing earlier than expected. We were impressed with how well they protected our flooring when carrying out buckets of concrete and how well they cleaned up.
We have had to call a couple of times for small problems and were extremely pleased with the speed in which someone was here to fix them. I have recommended Everdry to many friends knowing they will not be dissatisfied. Dottie
