Masters Flooring installed LVP in our new home. The floors are beautiful and the installation was perfect. Wayne and Chris helped us get exactly what we wanted and within budget. Amazing customer service. We will definitely use Masters Flooring again for any future projects.

Wayne was fabulous! We explained our need for expedited carpet install, and he found the carpet we wanted in stock, and scheduled our install for two days later. He really seemed genuinely interested in helping us get what we needed in the time we had. Highly recommend Masters Flooring.

As many others, we had a pipe burst during 'snowmageddon' February 2021. We had to have portions of our existing carpet upstairs removed so I was looking to replace it. I'd been getting the runaround from a different flooring company that had been recommended to me so decided to check out Master's Flooring. I mentioned to Wayne that I was hoping to have it installed within the week since we had family coming to visit and was shocked that he said they could accommodate that fast timeline.

I was still hesitant since I'd been dealing with other contractors for other portions of our home that were damaged and often had delays, but Wayne was true to his word. Carpet installers arrived the exact day and time we'd scheduled them, did a professional job with removal of old carpet and installation and we absolutely love the new carpet. It is so soft and best of all, they came in below the price we needed based on insurance. I am SO grateful for Master's Flooring and highly recommend them!

Rachel was on top of it and very easy to work with. The work was excellent and we r very happy. The only thing I recommend is better draping in the kitchen. There was a layer of sand in literally everything.

Wayne from Masters Flooring went above and beyond to help us with our carpet upstairs. The floors look fantastic! He also provided us with insight and valuable information on our floors downstairs when we had an issue with another company's install. He was more than willing to review their work and provide us with a direction to address concerns we had with the other installer.

I just wish we had them do all of our floors. I'm sure we would have been much happier with the results. Masters Flooring has a fantastic group of employees who are willing to go the extra mile to earn your business. It's a WIN-WIN situation for their customers and their company!

I have used Masters Flooring for many years. They replaced my kitchen, den, bedroom and dining room flooring. For those needs I received excellent customer service. Unfortunately I went back at the end of May 2021 to get a quote on new carpeting for my front and back stairs and entire upstairs. Wayne came out promptly and did the measurement. I have since called three times trying to get the quote and all three times I was told he would call me back. NO CALL BACK!

The last time I called I spoke with Rachel who told me Wayne was not in but she would call him and call me right back. that's been 5 days ago. I'm very disappointed because I had recommended them to several friends and family members.

I had them come out on Friday to give a quote to install some floors in my hallway, install some baseboards there, fix some baseboards pulling away from the wall (all after water damage) and also looking for a quote to install shoe molding for all the baseboards throughout the whole house. I was emailed the quote to install floors on Monday, and told they were waiting on their baseboard vendor for shoe molding and would have that by the next day.

I replied asking about the baseboards being pulled from the wall and was told she was advised they cannot repair them. No suggestion on other options. I waited for them to follow up on the rest of the quote and didn't hear back, so I emailed on Wednesday asking for the rest of my quote and also asked if the baseboards that are pulling can't be "repaired", can they replace them. No response. Guess I'll be finding someone else.

My wife & I having nothing but great things to say about Masters Flooring! We had engineered vinyl (faux wood) flooring installed downstairs, carpet installed upstairs (to include the stairs), engineered vinyl (faux tile) installed in the kids bath, tile installed in the master bath and the master bath shower completely demolished and a new shower installed.

We also had them install all new baseboards in our home. In addition we used their referral (Hard Rock Granite & Tile) for our kitchen countertops (separate review for them). All this was completed 06/20/20. We had a unique experience in that one of the several crews that completed the work at our home did a less than exceptional job. I can't say enough great things about Amber Talmadge.

She immediately spotted the deficiency in the one crews work, had an entire new crew come in and had the work completely redone. This meant all new material, everything. Although I'm not certain, I suspect the re-work cost Masters Flooring more than what they made on that one crews work. As a former small business owner I understand things happen. the main thing is that whatever the issue was, that you take care of it. Masters Flooring (Amber) did this.

Bottom line is that Amber made certain is was done right. We are very happy with the final outcome on all the different projects Master Flooring did! One additional note. we chose Masters Flooring from a recommendation from our neighbors. They too were very pleased with Amber! I will try to upload more photos but I included one of our shower. it was after we'd used it once.

I had been planning to put wood floors in our home since we moved in over 4 years ago. I kept procrastinating because I was so worried I would pick the wrong company to work with and that it might be a disaster. Finally I moved forward and my experience with Masters Flooring was wonderful from start to finish. I was really nervous about picking the wrong flooring and Melissa helped me with my choices and was so amazing to work with every step of the way.

I had a million questions and she was so patient and helpful. Pedro and his crew did such an amazing job that I just can't describe it with words. They showed up every morning with a smile and worked so diligently until late in the day. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with every detail. I love love love my new floor. I couldn't have chosen a better company to work with and Melissa and Pedro and his crew were amazing! I highly recommend them! Excellent Carpet Installation.by Masters. From the very top, Amber Talmadge, Sales Consultant, listened and knew what we might want to see the most. We took home samples, made a decision, Amber came to our home to measure the rooms and gave us a very fair quote. The carpet was installed professionally within a few days. Really good experience!

Masters Flooring installed vinyl flooring in our 3 bedrooms and dining area last Monday. It looks amazing! We got a great price and everything went off without a hitch! We would definitely use this company again and refer them to anyone that is looking to have flooring installed.

We wanted to install new laminate tile in our living room and bedroom and decided to go with Masters after visiting a few flooring stores in the area. A few days before our scheduled install date, we got a call saying the manufacturer was delayed in sending our materials and we bumped in back a week. No big deal, I'm sure that happens. The day of installation, the crew was on time and did a nice job installing our floor.

But they somehow lost or forgot the t-molding, so we called Masters back and they would follow up with us. After several weeks, they finally called us and said they got new t-molding and would finish our install. The day of install, they were late and when I called, they said they couldn't find the t-molding at the warehouse. They finally located it the next day and when they came to install it, they didn't have enough materials to finish.

It was missing the transition area around the fireplace. So after another few weeks of communicating back and forth, they finally said they could either backorder more of the same exact t-molding from the manufacturer (which would take several more weeks) or bring some from in-store stock that would be a close match. At this point we were almost 2 months after the original install date and we were just ready to get this job done, so we decided to go with the in-store stock.

If you look at the other reviews, if your installation goes off without a hitch, you'll probably have a great experience. The final product looks great and we're happy with the new floors, but getting it finished took close to 2 months and was a frustrating experience with numerous re-schedules and having to juggle our personal/work schedules to make sure someone was home.

Master Flooring was the right choice. Mike and the guys were professional and always communicating. The floors look great and we will be get them to finish of the rest of the house. Thank you guys.

Masters Flooring did an exceptional job for our new home. Melissa met with us at our home to discuss options and gave excellent advice - while keeping us on our budget! We had a very tight timeframe and they met the deadline as promised. We had laminate and carpet installed throughout the whole house. Everything looks great and we love it! The installers were friendly and hard workers. We will definitely be going to Masters Flooring for all our future projects.

Masters Flooring did an amazing job with our floors. They had to remove hardwood, tile and carpet. They finished in three days and cleaned up as they went along. I highly recommend them for the wonderful job they did as well as having an extremely friendly and responsive staff!

I requested a quote from this company but was told that I needed to go to the showroom. It was far from me but I went. The lady at the show room was great, nice and helpful. I set up an appointment and the person who came to see me wasn't very amiable. She just didn't care very much, didn't say much and acted like she was too good for my business. I'm young and perhaps she deducted that she didn't need to treat me with any sort of professionalism. Made it seem like she was there doing me a favor.

I met with other companies who gave me a completely different experience. I have gone with a different company, I was never even given an actual quote even though she just left unceremoniously and said she would email me, which she didn't. No one ever followed up. Other people seemed to have a good experience. I guess you have to be a certain kind of person to receive proper service and I didn't quite fit the picture for them. Seems like everyone should get the same service. The only reason I didn't go with one star is because the person at the show room was nice and helpful.

Mike and Michaela provided excellent customer service. They had a good selection of various flooring with competitive pricing. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

Amazing customer service! We had a hard wood step tread broken and had an extremely hard time getting anyone to come out and give us an estimate. I called 4 companies in the area and only Masters came out. They gave me a fair estimate considering it was a special order. The Workman from Masters was quick and clean and just amazing work! You cannot tell which step was replaced! Perfect job!

My wife and I spent three months trying to select a vendor and the tile and wood we wanted installed in our home. We chose Masters Flooring because they were one of the vendors recommended by friends and I am glad we did. Melissa helped us select the wood floors and the new tile for our bathrooms and shower. We replaced the flooring in our entire home with two different crews (wood crew and tile crew) working to complete the job in seven days.

The floors and shower are beautiful, the crews did excellent work and worked extremely hard to get it done right. I am so pleased we chose Masters Flooring and I would recommend them to anyone seeking to replace the floors in their home or office.

I am editing my previous post since my first call into master flooring did not start off completely positive but that was totally fixed. There was some miscommunication but they went above and beyond to fix the issue. The sales associate stayed on top of the issue throughout the weekend and I was notified at the beginning of the week that my sample tile piece would be in.

I can't say enough good things about Masters Flooring. A job like mine will never go without a hiccup or two. This is the test of great customer service. They where there to answer any question and addtess my concerns in a timely manner. This, plus the fact my floors are beautiful, is why I would definitely recommend them.

Best flooring around Keller. Got an estimate on Monday and had new floors by Wed. They even fixed the work that a previous company had messed up. Great price and wonderful customer service!

The final result was pretty good, but the ordeal was inexcusable. There is poor communication and oversight for the work. We had to delay our move twice. I chose a locally owned business that specialized in flooring because I needed them to match an existing hand scraped oak floor. The first floor that they installed used wood that was not the same grade that was in our home.

We were pleased that they agreed to tear it out and start again, evidently because they did not feel that they could redeem the job that was done. We rescheduled our move. When we arrived to inspect the second installed flooring after they were supposed to be finished, It did not appear that they had been varnished. After I called them, they agreed to send someone out and did additional work for several hours and then, magically, they looked like the other flooring.

This resulted in another delay as the varnish had to dry for another 2 days. They did not send the trim person out until we reminded them - a week after the move was complete when MANY of the baseboards were covered with heavy furniture. The floors turned out well, but I think there could have been more concern showed toward our schedule, job oversight, and better communication.

It's always a bit stressful to replace flooring: it's relatively expensive, the process is disruptive, and you live with results a long time. That's why it's CRITICAL to have the right people on your side. I had previously had my home measured and quoted by a big-box retailer, but my experience just to get measured, plus the horrible "nickel and diming" the quote reflected (a charge to move each piece of furniture, you are allotted three bags of grout, if you need more. etc, etc.) Well, I really didn't have a very good feeling about them.

So I went shopping. That's when I found Masters Flooring. Their selection is great. I am certain that I got a better product at a better price, but that's not the big story here: it's their crew. I had tile that looks like wood installed. The crew was professional and as high as my expectations were (I am fairly. exacting) they exceeded. The guys really knew what they were doing, and ensured everything was perfect. What more could I ask for?
