Picture Perfect Home Improvements

My wooden fence constructed by PPHI is falling apart after five years. The average lifespan of wooden fences is 15-20 years. If you are considering a home improvement project, I would be wary of this business. My fence is shared with a neighboring house. My neighbor and the previous owner of my house contracted with PPHI to build a new fence in 2016.

This fence has since warped, the slats are pulling away from the cross supports, and slats are breaking for no apparent reason. When my neighbor and I made an inquiry, PPHI conveyed that the problem is with the pressure treated lumber from Home Depot and suggested that we consult with Home Depot. It did not provide any particular contact at Home Depot.

When we clarified that the contact was with PPHI, not with Home Depot, the company did not respond. We made multiple attempts thereafter to engage with the company but heard nothing. When you hire a contractor for a home improvement project, you are trusting the contractor and relying on its expertise to select quality material, to perform services conscientiously, and to stand by its work. PPHI used questionable wood.

It put the blame on Home Depot and pushed off the responsibility to clients. It did not stand by its work when it was brought to question. Please be aware that you might be forced into my and my neighbor's situation by conducting business with this company.

Very pleased with our bathroom remodel. Mike made a great first impression. He was a great listener and offered lots of ideas and options to meet our budget. Demolition and construction went smoothly and with great care. Our project included removing an old window and replacing it. You would never guess that the wall and been altered. We will absolutely use Picture Perfect for our guest bathroom remodel.

I had a great experience working with Picture Perfect. We had a new Kitchen installed. Our old kitchen was completely gutted to the concrete slab and studs. Picture Perfect helped with the design and guided us through the process. They helped us pick out cabinets, flooring and worked out the project timeline. The contractor Mike did a great job on the kitchen. Reasonable price and very easy to work with. Very high quality results. We are very happy with our decision to hire Picture Perfect.

We hired Mike and team to remodel our kitchen and install new hardwood floors throughout the home. The team was on time and very professional, keeping the work clean and put drop cloth down in the areas they had to walk through. Thank you for the hard work, we love the kitchen and floors!

They performed a complete kitchen remodel and bathroom in only 3 weeks! Gutted my entire kitchen to the studs and rebuilt. They removed a wall form the kitchen to dinning room to create an open concept floor plan on our main level. They installed all new fixtures and flooring in our powder room bathroom and retiled our basement bath and added new fixtures there as well. Mike and his team were great.

His workers where always on time, well mannered and hard working. Mike was extremely helpful with assisting us with selecting the style of our remodel. This was the first major home project we have ever done so we needed a lot of guidance. He did an excellent job with holding our hand and walking us through it. The scheduling of the project was executed perfectly. We had no issues and had our home back to normal in only 3 short weeks!

Picture Perfect did what their name says. My Bathroom is truly picture perfect now. Before I contacted them we had a bathroom in our house that was very outdated. Leaky tub that was always backing up after, damaged to our window and tile from years the water hitting it in the shower. Plus the homemade looking vanity and pink sink was just gross. They no only fixed the clogs in the drainage to our main outlet but transformed our bathroom into a great part of our home. New tile and marble shower with a light and working vent that really removes the steam in the bathroom. Thank you Mike and team for the great work.
