Blue Knight

I have had Blue Knight Floors redo hard wood floors in my home two different times. Each time the floors were done beautifully and were better than expected. In addition Mike and his crew were prompt, professional and completed the jobs with little to no cleanup. I will have them do any future floor work or refinishing and have highly recommended Blue Knight to friends and family.

I bought my house in March and had Blue Knight sand and finish all of the floors in the house. I absolutely loved how they turned out. I had some family and friends in for the Thanksgiving holiday and everyone raved about my hardwood floors. If you are thinking about getting your floors done call Blue Knight. They did a great job.

I recently had my hardwood floor's refinished by Blue Knight and I offer the following suggestions if you are considering hiring them to do your work. 1. Measure your own floors before seeking an estimate. 2. Get the cell phone number of the owner of the company. 3. Ask about providing access to a 220v power supply. 4. Don't disconnect the ice maker from the fridge and don't expect to have the fridge moved out from the wall. 5. Inspect the floors after sanding but prior to the application of any sealers, stains or poly finishes.

Reject any areas of the floors that appear to be wavy or where any sanding marks are visible. 6. After the initial down payment, do not pay anything else until the job is finished and you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the work. 7. Don't expect much communication from Blue Knight.

I usually do everything myself since I am a perfectionist. They came out and refinishing my living room floor and did such an amazing job that I smile looking at it. Our guy Keith was an absolute gentleman and one hell of an operator. Clean up after not necessary. Thank you so much!

If you need your floors sanded and you don't hire this company to do the job, there's something legitimately wrong with you. These guys are not just floor sanders, they're artists. They, at least, doubled the value of my rental apartment. They do phenomenal work and the price is more than fair. Seriously, call them if you're serious about your floors looking great.

Blue Knight did an excellent job refinishing our floors! Our HVAC unit leaked from our attic into one of our spare bedrooms and left the flooring a little rough and lighter in color than the rest of the upstairs. We also had issues with the sealant peeling up in many places in our home from a poor refinishing job from another company. We decided to have Blue Knight refinish the upper and middle level of our home and rebuff our steps. I am so glad we chose them for the refinishing and will recommend them to anyone in the area!

Floors I had were in really bad shape when I purchased the home. Some water damage and some old pet stains to be exact. Blue Knight was able to repair the damaged boards at a very reasonable price and then sand and refinish the floors to a beautiful natural finish. My house was left cleaner then before they arrived. The work was done as scheduled and on time. They use a Dust Control System that really makes a BIG DIFFERENCE to the old ways of having your floors refinished! Would highly reccommend Blue Knight to do your floors

I was recommended to Blue Knight by a colleague who had their floors refinished by this company. I am glad I contacted them, as they worked quickly and quietly. The most important factor was that dust was barely noticeable throughout the house. The downside is that these guys are busy so that you have to book them in advance.
