Highly recommend for your garage door needs. Easy to setup an appointment and Andres was punctual and fantastic. He let me know all of my door options pressure-free and walked me through all the work that would be done. The job was done before I knew it and the work was top-notch. Would definitely use Door Works, Inc. again and will recommend to anyone who's looking for garage door services.

We first utilized Door Works when we had an issue with our garage door that was kind of an emergency. They had communicated that they could have a technician come over the weekend, but if I waited until Monday AM the price would be drastically different. With us heading on vacation we needed the technician to come immediately, but I appreciated the context and fact that they were looking out for me. Additionally, the technician that came was very good and professional. Based on this experience we then first reached out to Door Works when we were in the market for a new garage door.

We were drawn to the showroom which helped us not only identify a different garage door that would suit our needs but also two entry doors that we used to accent the garage door. Sean and the rest of his team were very good to work with and continued to show the level of professionalism that we encountered initially. In this day and age of companies just doing the bare minimum and not doing the job in the way they would want their own homes to be done, Door Works does NOT fall into this category. You feel as if the folks at Door Works are treating you as they would treat their own prized family members.

Fair pricing. Booking agent very informative on different products. Called day before to confirm appointment. Technician arrived on time. He was very thorough improved ceiling mounting of unit from what we had. Explained functionality. Assisted me in setting opener to my car and cell phone. Installed extra button and numeric keypad. Helped me set up pin for that.

He took about 2 hours + to complete installation. I couldn't be happier with the technician and the service. In the past we have used them for repairs several times and we were happy with that too.

Andres did a great job. He took his time and made sure everything was working accordingly. He did such a great job, that I scheduled for him to return and install a new garage door opener! Very professional.

Very impressed with the work done on our two garage doors today. Arrived on time, gave a thorough overview of the work that needed to be done, gave me a complete price and time line. The repairs started immediately and were completed ahead of anticipated time. Best, the doors have never been in better condition! Very very impressed about every aspect of the work!

I needed a garage door opener replaced. They gave me the price over the phone. Told me how long it would take. Installer came 4 days later at the scheduled time, installed opener in the time stated. Couldn't be happier. This is a job better left to professionals. No aggravation!

Absolutely 1000% fantastic service and labor. From the call to scheduling an appointment to the service truck leaving my house was quality and professional. Mr. Soto was helpful, professional, took the time to program everything, downloaded the app to synchronize the door so that I can open and close anywhere. Had an entire new everything installed and the cost was very reasonable. Took about 2hrs to complete entire job. Professional operation head to toe. Will definitely be calling them for all my door needs.

Every time I have an issue with our garage doors, I am always really pleased by the service I receive from DoorWorks. The customer service is always reliable - the person who answers the phone is professional, courteous and I they are very accommodating with scheduling. The best part, however, is the actual service I get. I have had the same man come and repair (a different issue both times) the garage doors and he is just great. He's pleasant, knows what he is doing and does a great job. The pricing is always reasonable. I will definitely continue to use DoorWorks!

My mother was very pleased with the whole process. From the sales tech to the installer. Communication was well organized and clear. Installation was scheduled for 8am arrival. 8am he was in the driveway. Very professional, knowledgeable, organized and respectful. Installation and cleanup was on point. I highly recommend them.

Wow! Talk about going from "Hero" to "Zero." Last year at the end of July, 2019, we had a new garage door installed by DOORWORKS ($1900) bill paid in full no problems from us. Everyone involved with the process, with the exception of a rude female receptionist whom I encountered while confirming an install date, was kind, professional and courteous.

In just under a year I requested a service call to perform routine maintenance, replace the rubber bottom channel, now flattened, but still under warranty, and check the automatic door opener that was malfunctioning (they did not install this device). I was given a cost run down and agreed to the terms. A service date was set with "Valerie" for Tuesday, 8/14/20. However, after hanging up the phone and checking a calendar, I saw a discrepancy!

There was no Tuesday, 8/14/20. I called back and got another female who informed me ".we aren't scheduling jobs out that far" and that the corrected date would be 7/14/20 between 12pm and 4pm. That day has come and gone with no one from DOORWORKS showing up or contacting me. Today's date is 8/18/20. Professionalism has become a thing of the past!

They are simply the very best in the business. It started with their visit to our home, the presentation of options and recommendations. Great communication and follow up! The installation team was professional and did the little extra things that set them apart. They kept the garage spotless, cleaned up old wiring that had nothing to do with the existing openers and patched a few cosmetic issues unrelated to the job at hand. Door works was very quick to help us replace a lift on one of our garage doors. They offered guidance on the products and what was available and explained what could happen when trying to synchronize the outdoor key pad. We were able to get an appointment quickly and they let us know we could find a coupon on their website to save $50. The service person, Andy, arrived in the time window promised.

He understood what needed to be done, explained what he would do, how long it would take. He also took great care to understand and accommodate our desire to synchronize the lifts on two doors. He was finished when he promised he would be and then programmed the key pad, the remote and helped program the garage door capability in one of our cars. Andy was friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful.

He is a true asset to your team and represents your brand very well! The new door lift works well, is extremely quiet, the remote, key pad, car and doors are all synchronized. It was an awesome experience at a time when many things in life are very frustrating. Thank you for a great customer experience!

Door Works installed a new motor, springs, clickers and all that was needed on a total re-do from a 20 year old electric garage that eventually broke down. Andy the mechanic explained what was needed, the cost that go with it and why I needed it. I felt relaxed and comfortable that he was doing what's best without the overselling. Job done in 2 1/2 hours and immediately called and thanked door Works for doing business the right way.

I utilized the services of Door Works to repair my garage door. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday July 27, 2019 between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike arrived around 12:10 pm. He did repair my garage door. Unfortunately the very next day, the door stopped operating again. I contacted the company and spoke with Neva.

She was very understanding, apologetic and accommodating to my work schedule. I informed her that I left for work at 8:30 a.m. and she assured me someone would arrive before I left for work the next day. Approximately 7:18 am the following morning, Edward arrived. He explained to me what happened and why the door stopped operating and repaired it. 7:54 am he was finished and 8:30 am I happily left for work with an operating garage door. The customer service was outstanding and I will utilize their services again and will recommend Door Works to others.

I called DoorWorks because we were suddenly unable to get into our garage and they were able to accommodate us that same day. Our technician Mike has everything on hand to fix the issue and a couple hours later we had a safe, functioning garage door. Mike was efficient and friendly. The price was also extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend DoorWorks!

Technician was very professional. He called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He repaired the garage door to the best of his ability in a timely manner. We also had him install a new keypad and he showed us how to program it. Invoice matched what we were told it would be. I would have given 5 stars however I feel their cost for the keypad was overpriced, now that I checked prices online (pd $65 vs $40 online). Next time I will replace it myself now that I see how easy it is. Otherwise I thought other prices were fair (labor and parts). Would call them again.

I never have a problem with NJ Door Work since I've been using them almost 30 years for my house and they are always professional, transparent with prices and are happy to explain the problem plus give you advice on maintenance. Prices are fair, and the service associate will not work slow. The customer service on the phone for both commercial and residential are polite and accommodating.

Just very nice and that's what I need when my garage door is broken and I'm stressed out. I recommended them to my friends and my condo building for doors and their garage.
