We had a communications problem after the install of pigeon proofing, the pigeons apparently broke in and wouldn't leave. They sent a crew the next day and corrected the problem, pigeons apparently are quite industrious, but PigeonPros have outsmarted them. Great company, terrific staff.

I have had an infestation of pigeons for over a year now. Finally decided to bring in Pigeon Pros. Martin and Chris are polite friendly young men. They power washed all affected areas and then cleaned it up. I am happy with their cleanup detail. They left no mess! As for the pigeons this is day one of their "eviction " so they tell me I should see a dramatic decrease of birds in a couple of months. I'm crossing my fingers. Thanks fellas!

Poor workmanship, disrespect for owner's property. Beware! Sloppy installation of the bird netting and attachment cables. Very amateur installation. Workers left scraps from their lunch on the roof AFTER they power washed the bird droppings off. (see photos). Zero contact with me after I e-mailed and left voice messages. I cannot recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors.

Review Update. After speaking to the owner, a more experienced crew came out and corrected the installation problems to my satisfaction. They made sure all my concerns were addressed and did an excellent job of cleaning up at the completion of their work. Thanks Ryan, Justin, and Max. As a result of their efforts I'm revising my rating to 5 stars.

Amazing work! Pigeons took over my balcony with multiple nest and bird poop. Pigeon Pros sent their friendly tech Dylan to give a free estimate. They were affordable and fast. Martin did a wonderful job with the cleanup. As if the pigeons weren't even there. Recommending to friends!

We had Pigeon Pros come out in January to install a variety of deterrents. At the time, Dylan & Curtis did a great job of cleaning our roof and performing the installation. However, we still have an issue with pigeons nesting on our roof under the tiles. I have left several voicemails and emails asking for them to come back out. It has been over 3 weeks and Pigeon Pros has failed to return any of my calls or emails.

Still early to tell if the pigeons are gone for good, but i simply gotta tell you about the 2 guys they sent me from Pigeon pros, Curtis and Steve, worked their butts off and were the nicest guys you'll ever wanna meet. Cleaned up all the pigeon "stuff", put up all the necessary deterrents and left the place clean. Updates to follow on how long the pigeons stay gone, hopefully forever. Skyrats are nothing but a filthy nuisance. Thank you Pigeon pros.

The entire team at Pigeon Pros was great! John, the Office Manager, is very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had a time-sensitive situation, and John fit me into an already booked schedule! Chris and Martin were the technicians on the job, and they were knowledgeable and polite! This company is the full package, from the office manager to the field technicians. They are professional, courteous, and thorough. We hired Pigeonpros to come out and take care of the birds that had migrated to our new solar panels. Curtis and Matt did a great job cleaning up the mess and installing their pvc netting around the panels. I would highly recommend them and the company.

Every time we have worked with pigeon pros they have been super helpful and very professional. John the office manager is a huge help. Justin, Curtis and steve installed the wire around our solar panels and did a great job. Literally a week after install of panels, pigeons were already building their nasty nests. Ryan Martin and max came out today to remove a nest that was missed and another sparrow nest that was on the side. I didn't mention that one but they went out of their way to get it. Such a great company and crew.

I just want to say thanks again, Pigeon Pros! They had previously helped us get rid of the pigeons that were ruining our roof. This time, it was doves. The birds were building nest on all sides on the house. The two gentlemen showed up and cleaned and screened the roof. Very courteous and professional. Will definitely call them again.

They didn't do everything they charged for and they have ignored my emails and calls. They left without completing the job and didnt say anything before leaving.

I had a mess of pigeons roosting under my solar panels making a general mess of everything around them. Pigeon Pros were easy to work with and quickly scheduled a day to come out to Maricopa and take care of it. They cleaned the mess up and blocked off access to not just the solar panels but all the places on my roof that they could nest in. My neighbor now reports that it's hilarious watching the occasional pigeon come by and try to figure out what they're supposed to do with their lives now. I forget everyone's name because I'm terrible, but all three people I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and informative. 10/10 would recommend.

UPDATE: Pigeon Pros reached out within the hour and was able to come out and treat the troubled areas the same day. I'm not sure what happened to my text/calls/emails, but I definitely can provide proof of sending (for the texts and emails) to help your office team funnel/train incoming messages, if needed. I am grateful for the response and correction.

I know removing pigeons takes some time, therefore, I'll update after a month or two regarding the current status of the pigeons around my home. Thank you Pigeon Pros were really quick on installing the bird wire and spikes, in fact, they arrived earlier than originally quoted for the install. Unfortunately, that's about where all the good ended. I'm still having pigeons making nests on my roofline.

One in an old location where spikes were put up, and one in a new location. I had paid for my entire roofline to be protected. While I understand pigeons are homing birds, I have allowed for a couple of months and still not seeing any improvement. We pulled out a nest in one of the spots and hoping they won't come back. The frustrating part, is I have called, emailed and text multiple times and zero reply.

At one point, I received a text that a technician was on their way, but no one showed up. There were so many good reviews and I was really hopeful, but now just really frustrated. I have no idea what else to do, as I can't get anyone to respond. Even, to help me understand the process, no one will call/text/email me back. Wish I would have known about the after install customer service and gone somewhere else.

The office coordination team & installers were great to work with - very responsive, courteous, & friendly. Justin & team arrived on time, explained the process, completed the install, & thoroughly cleaned the area. Great job - thank you.

We hired pigeon pros a while ago they did an excellent job on installing the deterrent wire and mesh around our solar. About a month or so afterwards we asked them to come back out and do the trapping of the birds. They set up a trap said they would come out weekly. We they came out once we had to remind them and actually sent another message we have heard nothing from them. Don't hire them to do the trapping this part is unacceptable. They don't answer their phone and they don't reply so I'm changing this from a five star for the install down to one for this.

Hi, Pigeon pros came out to my house and installed bird deterrent around my Solar System. When I first contacted them to do the job the owner Darron assured me that any broken roof tiles would be replaced. After the job was completed I noticed broken tiles from people walking on my roof and from drilling into tiles to anchor the bird deterrent. I took pictures and contacted them several times.

They sent somebody out and assured me that the tiles would be taken care of. After several rain storms I noticed that roof was leaking. I contacted a roofer that confirmed that the leaks were due to Pigion Pros breaking tiles when they installed the bird deterrent. They never fixed the tiles as promised. I called Pigion Pros to find out how they were going to handle the expense of getting the roof fixed, the drywall repaired and painted from the roof leak.

I was told that they would do nothing. Do business with this company at your own risk. I will be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I gave them plenty of times to take care of the damage that they caused. I see no other options but to warn potential customers of how this company operates. I have kept copies of all correspondence as well as pictures. Cost so far - Roof repair $950.00 Drywall repair $450.00 Painting - estimated $350.00 to $400.00

This is our second time using this company. Both times the owner (Daren) did our original inspection and the employees (Lee and Matt) he sent out to complete the work are professional, prompt and efficient! They arrived when they said they would, explained what they were doing, what they found and the steps they took. They worked with our curved roof tiles to ensure that we wouldn't have problems again!

They also took care of an additional issue over our patio and I'm certain that we won't have nests over our patio furniture any time soon! I'd also like to call out the scheduler, John, who originally scheduled us for two days from now but had a cancellation and called to see if they could come today, instead! I was so happy to know that I wouldn't have birds waking me at 4:30 tomorrow morning, I immediately said yes! I'd highly recommend this company to ANYONE who needs bird remediation!

Lee came by today and took care of the pigeon problem I was having. He and his partner were very courteous and respectful of the house. Took care of the problem very careful and cleaned up excellently before they left. I would highly recommend Pigeonpros to anyone having any bird issues.

We are very happy with the service we received from Justin and Leehawk today. We had pigeons who had moved into the eaves of our home. They came out and did a great job installing the barriers and cleaning up all of tbe pigeon poo.

I'm gonn make a long story really short. Daren came out spoke with my wife for a quote. Pigeons have been nesting for 2 years roof and walk way to the front door were horrible. Quote us a VERY high quote but promised to clean the roof and walk way (our HOA was bitchin about the shit by the walk way) his guy comes out for 2 days. All he did for the walk way was spray it with water. That's not good enough our HOA would still fine us with the shit still here. Called the office same day lady said Daren would call us back.

He did at 6:30 the same day. Told my wife with an attitudeduring the whole conversation "with a house as dirty as yours." first of all FUCK YOU! your customer service is absolute SHIT!. That is would be hard to get into the rocks. Well don't promise shit you can't deliver on. Blah blah blah guys come back today and did a better job. Still not passable by our HOA but we'll just move rocks from our backyard no big deal.

We also did pay our bill cuz were not ass holes. But Daren sure was! Will never recommend this company to anyone ever! And Idc what Daren has to say in response to my review. He was a freakin jerk to my wife and doesn't deserve a rebuttal to whatever he's gotta say anyways!

I am blown away by the professional installation, friendly service and excellent problem solving for my weird crazy areas! Justin and Ken showed up and knocked it out of the park. I can't say enough positive feedback about Pigeonpros. Their work is outstanding. Matthew was the employee who did the work at my home. He was great. He took pride in his work and did an excellent job. He not only did the work, but cleaned the entire porch on any pigeon droppings. Well worth the cost and I would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

If I could give a zero for this company, it would be too high. I contacted them several months ago. The ONLY reason was because of their 5 year guarantee. They came out and did an initial "fix." Pigeons continued to build nests. They said they would send someone over. About a month ago pigeons again invaded. I begged the scheduler to send help. Too busy and no returned calls despite numerous emails.

I resorted to contact the Better Business Bureau. No efforts were made by the company to correct the complaint. I am amazed at the lack of professionalism. According to the BBB a report of their failure to resolve the issue will be on file for 3 years.

This is a company you cannot rely on. On at least three occasions I asked them to treat one specific area. Each time they said they would be out to treat the affected area. Each time they did not show up. Find another company you can rely on to keep their word and show up.

Had a problem with pigeons nesting under our solar panels. Called Pigeon pros to see if they could help. They sent out someone to look at the roof. They took pictures and explained the procedure. Starting with pressure washing and finishing with screens to keep them out. Also installed deterrents along our peaks. The two men, Zak and Bradley were pleasant and professional during the whole 4 hour process. They also did a great job cleaning the roof and the ground areas as well. I would highly recommend them in every aspect of this job.

After having bird problems for a couple of months, I was excited to find this service. The initial consult and scheduling was easy, everyone was very polite, and they came out quickly to do the initial install. However, following the installation I began finding nails and pieces of the wire used on the roof falling down into my yard and driveway. These were obviously scrap pieces that had just been left on my roof during the installation. Additionally the "daddy long legs" wires became entangled in my satellite receiver.

I could cope with these oversights if the product had been effective; but it has not been. About 2 weeks after the installation, I reached back out to request someone come take a look to ensure it was installed properly as I was not noticing a decrease in bird activity on my roof. I was reminded that it can take up to a month for the birds to realize that they can no longer nest where they had previously and was asked to call again if they were still present at the month mark.

They were, so I called again to request someone come out. I was scheduled for roughly 2 weeks after that call (so approximately 6 weeks after the initial install). Someone came out, took pictures of the work and texted them to me, and told me everything looked perfect. If these products are truly installed perfectly, then they do not work. I'm now at approximately 2 months after the initial install date and have not noticed a single bit of reduced bird activity. I've had greater success spraying birds off my roof with my hose, and probably should have stuck to that since the garden hose didn't cost over $900.
