From start to finish I was very satisfied with everything Chimney.com did to fix my fireplace issues. I had so many challenging demands including having to do the inspection and maintenance in a week (since I am selling the condo) and having to find an outdated fireplace parts. From the first day, Tiffany from Chimney.com worked so hard to make sure that inspection is done in a couple of days.

Once I was convinced that I need a new fireplace, Tiffany and Jimmy spent literally hours to find a compatible fireplace to existing outdated one. At every discussion with Tiffany, I felt I am dealing with a friend and outstanding professional expert and they sure made me feel like I am their only clients when I knew for sure that their are so busy with other clients.

I really felt they work on a 24 hour schedule. Although they knew that I am under time constraints, they still offered a very competitive price when I asked them to replace my existing fireplace. Installation only took few hours with outstanding results. Our neighbors still can't believe the entire inspection and replacement took 4 days from start to finish.

The crew at chimney.com is highly professional, competent and nice to work with. They installed a new linear fireplace where no fireplace previously existed: gas line, bump out, stonework.the complete job. They even helped to install the TV afterwards. How great is that?! I now have the nicest fireplace in the neighborhood. It's beautiful as well as functional.

From start to finish, Chimney.com was the best. We needed full services to convert from fire-burning to gas, with chimney, fireplace, and gas line work. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, polite, kind to our kids, Covid safe, and the crew cleaned up spotlessly each day between work. Their price was comparable to other companies' quotes we got, and their work was outstanding. We were thrilled to have our fireplace working ahead of Christmas and have been enjoying it every day since!

We are so happy with our experience with Chimney.com, from the first inspection/assessment to the final product. After we moved to our new home over the summer, we called the company to inquire about converting two wood-burning fireplaces to gas. They sent Brandon to inspect our chimneys and fireplaces. He was fantastic--so knowledgeable and courteous. Brandon explained some issues with the existent wood-burning fireplaces, and advised us on the best approaches to convert both to gas.

He gave us a fair quote for the work (we compared it to one from another company we had already spoken to but decided not to use), and even gave us a discount because we had just had a new baby. After a few unavoidable pandemic-related scheduling delays, Jimmy and his crew (Nelson, Daniel, and Tiffany) came out to install our new gas fireplaces over the course of two days. Jimmy is clearly an expert in his field, and the whole team was very professional.

They made repairs to the interiors and exteriors of the two chimneys, ran new gas lines, and installed two beautiful gas fireplaces. They took the time to explain what they were doing and to show us how to use our new fireplaces. We have been SO happy that we made the choice to switch to gas, and cannot stop saying how beautiful the fireplaces look.

I highly recommend Chimney.com and am extremely happy with the work they did replacing my fireplace. Branden, Jimmy, Nelson and Daniel all did amazing work and were fantastic to work with, as well as office staff. Everything was done on time, and when they were done, my fireplace looked beautiful. Nelson and his crew did an amazing job of repairing our chimney and fireplace. It had been mostly destroyed in a chimney fire and needed a ton of work. They came, did clean and professional work, informed me of all that they were doing along the way, respected the home and the property and were pleasant and good people. I enjoyed having them for the day and their work is top rate.

The entire team really provide excellent customer service. Brandon who provided the quote is knowledgeable and really educated me on the process. I really appreciated the customer service provided by Marlon and Yesenia. However the reason I am writing this review is the craftsmanship of Nelson and his team. The level of detail and work ethic brought my three 135 year old Chimneys back to life. I highly recommend Chimney.com

Great team! They worked through some iffy weather to get everything done quickly. Gas conversion was flawless and they did a really, really nice job laying in the sand, embers, and faux logs. Couldn't be happier with the end result!
