Courtney graduated from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts, and went on to work in marketing for both Redken and Elizabeth Arden in their New York City corporate headquarters. After a move to Naples, she combined her business acumen with her love of interior design and joined Bay Design Store in 2011.
Since its conception, Susan has concentrated on establishing Bay Design Store in Naples as one of the most unique and successful home furnishing boutiques and interior design firms in Southwest Florida. Susan's superb eye for color and style can be seen in Bay Design Store's rotating collection of unique accessories, original gallery-quality oil paintings and prints, stunning furniture, and sumptuous upholstery.
A Bay Design partner since 1981, Jim is a Florida Licensed Interior Designer and a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers. He has been recognized with numerous awards and has established himself as one of the area's leading interior designers. Jim brings a fresh approach to classic design, creating rooms that are invigorating, elegant, and above all, completely livable.

Our experience was amazing with Danielle, our sales representative. She went out of her way to be accommodating and was knowledgable & helpful. The sofa is gorgeous, comfortable and truly well made. However, after 2 weeks a seam on the seat cushion has opened up about an inch. Not a big deal except that for the fact that this was a "clearance item" (we spent nearly $12,000.00) and Bay Design Store will NOT back their products.
I am stunned by this and certainly will not recommend them or ever go back. Customer Service is my business and I work with over 200 great businesses Nationwide, perhaps I should proffer my services to them!
