Above and beyond service. The staff were extremely down to earth, and looked after us in a flexible local small business style. We purchased a washing machine and a fridge, both work excellently. We also offered to sell our fridge to them, they offered a price, but kindly recommended selling it online for a chance at a higher price, really appreciated the honesty and it turned out to be true!

The staff also let us borrow their trolley to move the goods into our apartment. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using Likenu for any future white goods needs. 10/10.

I phoned Gerhard and was hung up on as I have been asking for my electronics to be refunded due to appliances not working or suitable for myself as I am struggling with disabilities and brain tumours. I have been promised this for over 4 months now and I'm tried of the $$$$ wasted on food wastage that freezers in my fridge. Many times I have called and never had a return call but when he does answer he will hang up on me.

I have had 6 appliances from this company and only 1 has ever been in good working order. I had my NDIS support worker call as Gerhard has caused me so much distress over the past 4 months

Excellent range, got a fridge perfect for my needs at a fraction of the new price. Huge range and i had a good yarn to the owner while making my purchase. Highly recommend.

Needed a "new" dryer. Found one that matched the washing machine I already had. Great price. Delivered quickly and they took the old one as well. 6 month warranty. Will go back next time I need a "new" appliance.

Friendly staff but is A little expensive compared to other whitegood stores around newcastle. Ide probably shop around a bit before going these guys

Went there to get a used (like nu) dishwasher but only had 2 new ones. It was a small cramped place that i didnt want to spend any time in and man was a bit sarcastic. I said can u tell me about this dishwasher he said and i quote"it washes your dishes" so that didnt impress me. Regardless of price (which was same as big applisnce stores) i left n went elsewhere.

Would put no star if possible for this hole. Took my portable air con to be repaired (original price was $600) I wait for two days for a quote and then call them myself to check the progress. Some peasant bloke answers and says he has to get me a quote on a part. So i wait till the next week (like 4+ days later) and then I ring again and I'm told I'll receive a call later that day with a quote finally.

That didn't happen so the next day I tried again and the peasant bloke told me the repair would be $880. What a complete waste of time. No way it cost that much. He said maybe I could see a "Backyard mechanic" about it. Seriously bad service. Never call you back about anything. God it was terrible.

I bought a wash machine and it is the best wash machine I ever had. Just had a problem with it recently and I still had the warranty and they came straight away to fix it. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend for anyone that wants to but second hand goods for a good price with warranty.
