DO NOT CALL! We had a bartender accidently call them after they tried to scam us the first time. We had called for a "warranty repair" to replace compressor. They send someone the does not know what they are doing. They were here for an hour and a half on the repair day and charged for 3 hours. Did not even properly seal the freon and had to have another repair man come fix their work. Use another company

I had Marking Refrigeration work on a sandwich prep table because it would not cool below 50 degrees. The tech came out and looked it over. He told me the compressor was working fine and the problem was with a relay. He fixed the relay and the fridge was working great, cooling down. I went to pick up my son. When I got back the tech asked if I had running water on the out side of the building because the compressor was getting hot.
He placed dripping wet towel over the compressor and the the electrical wiring with out unplugging the unit. I was leaning on the refrigerator to watch what he was doing and was shocked. Right after that the tech told me that the compressor just fried and I would need a new one at $1400.00. To me the way this played out with putting dripping wet towels on the electrical with out unplugging the unit was a way to make extra money.
