H2O Plumbing Service

I am in property management and have been working with AAA Accurate for over 20 years. From small repairs to major slab repairs, they are always courteous and responsive. On any job I have had them on, I never had to worry about the work not being completed properly. When it came time to replace all of the old polybutylene water lines in my mother's house, I knew who to call. They have never let me down.

Critical: Professionalism I recently had an issue in my home and called out a technician, who ended up telling me everything was fine, and there wasnt actually a problem. He then went on to say, because he did not actually do anything i would not get charged. A week later i noticed they charged me $189, and i have not received an invoice or reason why.

I would have used them but. I called them on Tuesday to set up a service repair for a AO Smith hot water heater that was covered under the manufacturer's warranty on Tuesday. They didn't bother to call back at all. I called them back on Veterans Day, and was told they no longer do service repairs for the manufacture. That's all well and good; however, they could have returned my phone call so that I can find someone else to help me out. Common courtesy is in short supply with this company.

Joe is by far the most arrogant obnoxious shady "professional" there is. His employees were on the same job site as my company. They unlawfully and without permission used my $140,000 Rental excavator for 2-3 days. The equipment he provided his employees was not sufficient to preform their job so his employees decided it was best to wait for my crew to leave for the week and use our equipment all weekend resulting in $2400 rental fees charged to my account.

Instead of being a honest straight up business man when Joe found out my complaint he simply fired the employee in question told me I should sue the individual and blocked my # like the scared coward he is. I am in the process of filing a lien on funds to rectify this situation but wanted to inform any potential future Customer the type of person the owner is. Beware of this man

Accurate H20 saved the day for me. They provided same day service, quickly determined that my water heater needed a gas valve controller and promptly installed it. Gabriel & Sly were very friendly and they provided great service. Gabriel even noticed that my water lines to my water heater were crossed by the previous plumber from a big box store and he fixed that.

The office staff is extremely courteous as well, and they were able to give me set appointment time and not a half-day window. I would highly recommend Accurate H20 Plumbing for all your plumbing and gas related needs.

AAA Accurate is by far the best plumber I have worked with. They have completed numerous projects for me and they are always very timely and thorough. I have yet to run into another owner that will go out onsite and facetime you to show you what they are going to do. 5/5 stars!

I recently called AAA to come out and check some plumbing issues at my home. Josh came our and reviewed the issues. He was on time and was professional in answering any and all questions. He took down the info and I received a quote on the work from Michelle in quick manner. When they came to do the work they were on time and would not leave until everything was working.

They kept me informed each step of the way on what they were doing and what to expect. Even when Josh ran into some challenges he found solutions to get the job completed. They provide excellent service.

The most wonderful customer service. Michelle went far and beyond to help us out and I couldn't be more grateful for her attention and assistance. Gabriel was professional and very knowledgeable with diagnosing the failure of our water heater and how to go about talking to the warranty company. I chose to use AAA Accurate Back flow & Testing Repair, LLC because they had great reviews from previous customers. I was amazed by how prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant all of the staff I interacted with were. Brandon was quick, upfront with the truth, spoke knowledgably, did a great job, and was extremely pleasant. He cleaned up behind himself, and made a bad situation a great one. I have found my new plumbers and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

AAA Accurate Plumbing has been out to two service calls at our home. Once with Joe and then most recently with Steve & Brandon. Great experience both times. Someone called to let us know when they would arrive in the next 10-15 minutes and they were on time. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended and we plan to use them for our plumbing needs in the future!
