New Windows For America

We had a wonderful experience from the first email to the final installation. Our Sales Manager, Ron, was very friendly and knowledgeable and the real window comparison was the most impressive display of quality. Rudy was the Project Manager and he was very informative with a quick and efficient site visit for final measurements. Max did the installation and he was friendly and incredibly respectful of the house and life that still goes on despite construction.

Now that the windows are installed, we are overwhelmed with the quality of the product and the impact these windows made on our house. I have already recommended NWFA to four friends who are actively looking for replacements. Kudos to the whole team!

My wife and I called New Windows "& Baths" For America to get a quote on replacing a tub/shower combo in our upper bath with a walk in shower. The salesman came out and pitched us this acrylic product that is easy to keep clean and very durable. He said they were the only ones in the area who sold this type of product due to the supplier having a patent on it (NOT TRUE, LATER WE FOUND 3 OTHER COMPANIES THAT OFFER ACRYLIC SHOWER INSERTS).

We also got a quote to redo the rest of the bathroom and our lower bath. It was a large quote but we assumed it would be worth it in the end with how much better and up to date the baths would look. We were told that they could replace the old fixtures like the sink and toilet but we'd have to go to Home Depot or someplace and purchase them and have them on site.

This sounded odd to me as I've never heard of having to go buy your own materials when getting a pro to remodel a room in your home. But we did it anyway. We were told early on as well that they will replace the fixtures, install a new acrylic countertop on our wide bathroom vanity (supposed to look like stone but very much looks like acrylic), and would remove an old sink and vanity in the shower room but the walls and repainting we'd have to do as they don't have a painter.

They did lay down a new floor but to this day, there's still glue on top of the vinyl tiles they used to lay it and we've tried all kinds of solvents to remove it. The lower bathroom was completed by repairing the existing shower and installing a new floor and sink and toilet (that I bought and picked up). We had to hire another company to come out to do the touch-up work (all new towel bars came off the walls within 3 months) and repainting.

In the end, we paid them the amount you would pay for 2 complete bath remodels with all the painting and supplies and fixture costs included. Counting for the extra costs for fixtures and painters, we way overspent on this job. We had scheduling issues as well but given everything else we had to deal with that was the least of my worries. BOTTOM LINE: They may be good with doors and windows but when it comes to bath remodeling save yourself a ton of headaches and about 40-45% of the cost and go with a remodeling company that truly does the WHOLE BATHROOM and not just what they have hired guys to do that month. PS; I STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED PUTTING UP THE NEW MIRROR IN THE LOWER BATH SINCE SOMETHING THAT SIMPLE THEY DON'T DO EITHER.

We had new windows installed, during the coldest week of the year. The Windows are awesome. No frost, breeze, with these! Great looking bright windows that make our house look bigger! The service was awesome. Took a while to get the windows ordered and made, but to be expected with all of the backup in production. They called and emailed us weekly letting us know timing, and any changes.

Finally the week of install, and dang it was cold. The installers were very informative, friendly, worked with us on what windows to install during each day and time. (Started with our sons room, to work around his College "school from home" schedule). They made sure we understood the process, cleaned up as they went. Kept the noise and weather conditions to a minimum impact, and finished ahead of time! Awesome!

We even received calls and emails the following days, making sure all was good, and if we had any questions. Very good customer service. We highly recommend New Windows for America based of the service alone, add in how the windows look and feel so far, over the top!

Nick and Alex installed. They were terrific. They installed on the coldest days of the year, -18. They did a great job, were very personable, professional and went above and beyond what they were expected to do. If we have any issues from ripped screens to argon leakage, everything will be replaced free of charge. I went with this company because of the great reviews and I am pleased that I did. We love our windows. They look great. Due to covid it took a long time for the windows to arrive but we were told this ahead of time so knew what to expect.

We discovered Windows and Bath for America several years ago and were extremely satisfied with the quality of their window products. We had several windows replaced the first time and have been very satisfied. We were able to finish the remaining windows and again had a fantastic experience. Issac was professional, respectful and he and his assistant were on time and cleaned up after themselves.

As one of the screens from an earlier installed window needed to be repaired, they helped with that as well. I would recommend this company for your window replacement/repairs!

We went with New Windows and Bath For America to replace 7 of our windows and our back sliding door. We were very impressed with their salesman that came out and talked to us. Not only did he show us all the different products but listened to what we wanted to do and made suggestions to help our ideas come to life. He was not trying to push the most expensive products which was nice.

He told us what he thought and then listened to what we wanted to do. We changed our front window which was 4 crank windows to 2 cranks on the side and one full picture window. It is amazing! Brings so much more light into the room which the salesman suggested. The back sliding door is a huge upgrade! We had cold air seeping through our old door and now we can stand barefoot by the back door with no problems at all.

The total installation was scheduled for 2 days work which was no big deal to us. But the installers, (who were very courteous, funny, and on time) got the whole project done in 6 hours time. We were amazed! The company also called us the next day to see how things went and asked if we had any questions. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to any of our friends. I loved working with New Windows and Bath for America. Our sales person, Cathy, was very professional and you could tell that she has her clients best interest at heart. After we signed, Abe came out to do the final measure. He was on time, and very professional. The best part of this installation was Andrew our installer. He was very professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. The over all process for this shower surround install was amazing. The best part is that my Grandma can now take a shower and feel safe! Great company! New Windows for American installed 3 new windows in our home over 20 years ago and we had great service then. Used them recently and again very good professional service. When we moved into our house in October 2019, we saw that the storm windows were dry rotting out of the windows. The storm windows would need to be removed to clean the exterior of windows, meaning that to clean the windows, the storms (and screens) would never be able to go back up. We decided that it made more sense for us to get new windows. We contacted four different window companies to get price quotes, a better sense of warranties, and financing options. Based on what we heard, New Windows for America made the most sense for us.

We love the service we have been receiving from them, all the way from scheduling a quote conversation to the installation and follow up. Michael, our sales person, did a great job showing us more about the company and product via a Zoom call during social distancing. Rudy, the person who measures rough openings to ensure the right products are ordered, even suggested the red flashing we picked to go around the exterior of our windows. Nick and Alex, our installation team, did a great job addressing any concerns we had, letting us know what to expect, and made our windows look gorgeous.

All of the in-office staff who have scheduled appointments and kept us updated have been helpful and nice. Since installation, we have had two significant rainfall events. So far, so good--the windows are handling everything well and there is no leaking around the installation. We are so happy with the functionality, efficiency, and easier cleaning capabilities of our new windows!

New Windows for America is a terrific company. All departments from the salesperson, installers, and office personnel. They offer quality products and fair pricing. We had a sliding glass door and one window installed. We chose them after four different quotes. We thoroughly enjoyed our installers. We highly recommend this company.
