These guys are great! Every time I've been in they've been helpful and friendly. Repaired a pool vacuum for me at no charge in a couple of minutes. Recommended an above ground pool installer years ago before they moved. There's a reason I go there all the way from Surprise - I trust them. Now with an inground pool I still trust them. They never sell me chemicals I don't need, unlike other pool stores around the valley. I highly recommend them!

Needed my pump repaired or replaced and decided to go the replacement route. They were able to get me scheduled for install next day. The install itself went great and the tech was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the new features of my pump and gave me a few other pool tips as well. Very happy with their service!

I bought an above ground pool from this establishment. The liner ended up having a leak in it. They worked diligently, and quickly, to find me another one, at no cost. Not only that, when i showed up to pick up the new liner they gave me a huge container of chlorine, shock, and some other needed supplies at no cost. This was not their fault, it was just something that happens, and yet they went above and beyond to make it up to me. I will get all my supplies from this store. They have incredible integrity.

I gave one star only so I could give a review that deserve NO STARS! I have painted 30 yrs and several times exp. bad batch of paint. The seller always took care of the problem replacing the paint splitting lose since I lose labor and time still. These people where extremely rude and first tried for over 4 min to blame customer. This went to the point of lying saying they remember her and she grab wrong color.it was a sheen sheblem not color.
They see nothing but insist no she grabbed royal blue instead of light blue. Then the owner hot on phone and worse before he realized I would not be fooled and was expierenced. He final said he replace a gallon. When I picked it.

I purchased the Nature 2 Cense Simplicity Spa Snaitizing Kit from Pool Supply Warehouse on Amazon.com. The package arrived early, but the test strips were missing. In the last 2 weeks, I have left 4 voicemails and sent 4 emails via Amazon's reseller communication service. Other than sending an original email saying "we are researching this", they have refused to respond in any way.
No email response. No response to my voice mails. DO NOT BY FROM THIS VENDOR. They will not send you everything you pay for and then they will refuse to even respond when you call/email them about the problem. They have lost a customer forever over at $13 bottle of test strips. Pathetic.

Ok so, i just got off work not so long ago and stop by to get some pool supplies for my pool im trying to get into today with my family, i was easily going to buy $60 worth of supplies but the man in the counter told us they are closing soon and he literally said you guys better hurry up and laughed jokingly. Even if he said that as a joke, that is not something you should tell a customer. Point is, i left everything i was going to buy and decided to go to another pool supply store that will better attend my needs. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

We had bought a sucker a few years ago and had a warranty with it. We had it fixed a couple of times and it still wasn't working. I took my dad to the store today, as he just wanted to buy a new one. I ask questions and found the warranty was good for 3 more days. We went home to get the sucker and brought it back. They found it had a bad part, which they replaced.
I mentioned again about only having 3 days left on the warranty, being concerned in case it didn't work and Jeff, the manager heard me and he just put in all new parts. Got home and re-hooked up the sucker and it's working great. Thank you!

Don't call ahead and ask for a price by phone. Read previous review and looks like this has happened before. Called and asked for a price on a pool part. Drove over an hour and when I got to the store the part was double the price. Guy working the counter just said sorry. No offer to honor incorrect price or discount.

Wow! How disappointing. I visited this place today in search of a jacuzzi cartridge filter. I had purchased this same cartridge from PSW about five years ago at the cost of $89.99. I went there and inquired about purchasing it again. Our pump is several yrs old and the cartridge is getting harder and harder to find. Anyways, I provided the exact name and serial number so he could look it up.
They didn't have it on hand but he said it could be ordered for $49.99. I made the comment that the price had gone down quite a bit since we last purchased it from them. So he asked me for my address, looked up my previous purchase from five yrs ago, and then tells me he quoted me the wrong price, and the new price is $89.99. Who does that? Why not do the right thing and honor the price that you quoted me FIRST.
I am beyond aggravated. I would rather pay the extra money and give my business to other pool supply places that know what they are talking about. We ordered the cartridge on Amazon. If you do business with these people, just know that some of them are incompetent and shouldn't be working behind a counter. I'll stick to B & L pools, located at 35th ave and dunlap. Roy knows his stuff.

Just returned from their new facility on 43rd Ave. I've been searching for a part for the past couple of days. Most places online and a couple of other local, non-chain stores were marking it up over 300%! Gave the guys at PSW a call, and they held their last stocked item for me. They even had another part I needed to make the connections - saving me a trip to the big orange box store. I would definitely do business here again, except they are a little of the way for me. Highly recommended.
