Azure Bright & Clear Pool Care

After moving to Phoenix I was looking for a pool company to do some major pool repairs to my home. After reading some reviews I'd rather go with a company more legally qualified. Wish it could have worked out. From Arizona Law. It's written in Bright and Clear words. "Generally, if labor and materials exceed $1,000 OR a permit is required (regardless of the price of labor and materials), then a license is required. Please read the Arizona Revised Statutes on "Persons not required to be licensed; penalties; applicability" ARS §32-1121"

I just wanted to share this information. I was concerned about my mother in laws safety and well being after finding out she used this company and a gentleman by the name of Adam to install a New Single Speed Pool motor on the main pool, which is ILLEGAL in the state of Arizona, also installed a Pool Heater, and finding out that he doesn't possess a contracting license( Which you also NEED in AZ if the job is over $1000). Just please be careful who you hire, and verify they have the proper licenses and permits. I'll be contacting Arizona ROC about this matter.

We've been with Bright and Clear Pool Care for over a year and the service is consistently outstanding. Only reason I waited to write a review is pool companies have a way of starting out good and then dropping off. Not these guys. Here every week like clockwork and the pool is sparkling when they leave.

We have used Bright and Clear Services for many years. We stick with them because of their terrific customer service. They also hire the BEST workers. Here are two examples: Jon: who on Saturday kept his 9 am appointment to clean our pool DE filter in spite of the pouring rain. Talk about a code of dedication to the job! He worked as the rain filled his pockets and shoes, shrunk his clothing and uncurled his hair!

He did a great job against all odds (including us) and we appreciate him. Bob Mallory: He is a gem. He consistently does an A-one job in managing and cleaning the pool. He is the kind of guy who will do a good job even when no one is looking. You can trust him to do what he is expected to do. Bright and Clear Pool Service is stellar!

Bright and Clear Pool Care has provided our home with quality pool care at a very reasonable price for years; they have given us friendly service and provided their services at times that are convenient to our schedule. We've been using Bright and Clear Pool Care since we purchased our home in Glendale, Az two years ago. They provide excellent service and communicate with you frequently when any issues come up regarding the pool service. They ensure your pool is in great shape, filters cleaned when needed, check to be sure everything is functioning as needed and provide repairs at a reasonable cost.

The pool service technicians have been excellent, especially our most recent technician. We were having some pool repairs done and the pool was extra dirty. The technician came on his own time to get the dirt and and chunks of cement material out of the pool. He "doesn't like his pools to be dirty" was his explanation. I highly recommend them.

Bright and Clear pools are amazing. They have been our pool maintenance company for over 3 years.
