Eric called in advance to let me know he was arriving at the appointment time. He went through the house and asked questions about what I wanted and explained how he was going to keep the furniture up off the carpet while it dried. He promptly started and proceeded to make our dirty carpet look close to new. I really appreciated his hard work and how great the carpet looks.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning from All Pro after moving into a new townhome where the previous owner had a messy cat. I worked with Joe, who was very friendly and communicative. Joe was incredibly thorough and diligent in getting my carpet back to excellent condition. I really appreciate how he went the extra mile, while offering good tips and advice for carpet maintenance going forward.

I am fast track trying to sell my home. I called Tuesday and Andrew was at my home Wednesday morning. After the carpet dried I noticed a few eras that I thought needed a little more work. I texted Friday morning and Andrew was back at my house within 3 hours. The carpet looks great! Highly recommend these guys!

Fantastic! All Pro did a great job today removing dog oil from my carpet and dirt off my couch cushions. Eric was hard working and treated my home like it was his own. Last year I used Stanley Steamer and this year I used All Pro. All Pro is my company now. They were so much better than Stanley and great prices too!

This is the second time that Ive used All Pro Chem Dry for carpet cleaning. They are great! They stand by their work and, when a stain resurfaced, they came back to take care of it. My carpet had not been cleaned for 10 years. They did a great job! I upgraded my cleaning because it had been so long and I had done a fair amount of construction in the interim. This included drywall and the associated dust. Overall, very happy with the results. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I liked how it dried relatively fast.

I booked to have my sofa cleaned. They came out and stated the procedure to clean the cushions when they discovered the interior lining was ripped. He was absolutely wonderful in guiding me that its best I get them fixed first before he finishes. He was already here for a bit and I felt bad as I had no clue. But he was so very kind to guide me on the issue if he continued and we agreed to reschedule once I got the lining fixed. Was absolutely professional and patient.

My original appointment was only for an upholstery cleaning, but I added countertops, hardwoods and carpets over the next few weeks because the results were so good each time they finished a project! The 2 gentlemen technicians truly stand out as professionals who care about providing positive results. All Pro Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning my Crate and Barrel sofa and ottoman as well as my CB2 chair and ottoman. They used scent free cleaning products and Im very happy with the results! After a miscommunication about time, Josh (the Operations Mgr) arrived on-time and was super friendly. My only minor criticism is that some of the cleaning product overspray coated the wood furniture legs after the cleaning. But, I was able to clean it off. I was surprised because I saw Josh wipe off the legs. Not sure what happened? But, I will definitely use All Pro Chem-Dry again in the future. Thank you!

We were so pleased with the technician, Eric Wegman, in his professionalism and his attention to detail. He was so pleasant and very careful of our furniture, etc. as he was cleaning our carpets. We have never used All Pro Chem-Dry prior to this visit - always Coit or Stanley Steamer and we will never go back to their method of cleaning - too much water. Our carpets have never looked better. Can't say enough about this company and highly recommend them!

They kept us up to date on what time and day they would be there. Were here an completed job quickly and it looks great. Dried much faster because of less water used. Price was given as the best possible with space to be cleaned which was very good. Also cleaned our area rug. They were in and out in 2 hours after cleaning about 900 sq. ft.

They were able to give me, basically, a last minute appt. I was given a time window of when they would be there & target time which they hoped to meet (e.g. 2-4pm, target ~3pm). They met the target time. The owner asked many questions about what I wanted (move out rug cleaning), how lrg of an area, stairs, pet stains/odors, etc. He, then, explained the cost, & if pet stain/odor removers would be necessary, the cost of that. Josh, the tech, came out & explained the anticipated costs if pet problems were detected.
He was very efficient, very helpful & very friendly & courteous. This might have cost me alittle more than some companies but I was VERY pleased with the results & will call them again for cleaning.

Ive been using Chem Dry for carpet cleaning for about 16 years, in various cities in which I've lived. Chem Dry, as a company/franchise, has always provided fabulous service. All Pro Chem Dry is no exception. Amazing service, excellent quality work with lots of attention to detail, and super polite and courteous technicians. I've served up some pretty nasty carpet disasters (ranging from red nail polish to a dog poop disaster) and they've always been able to make my carpets look brand new again. Highly recommend All Pro Chem dry.
