We recently updated a 20 year old kitchen in an older Arlington home and had the good fortune to hire Wellcraft. From the design process to delivery the service was consistently professional. Although we encountered materials delays, they were candid and kept the project moving to stay on schedule. If you are considering a kitchen or bath remodel, and if you are are looking for a company that is professional, hard working, provides a high quality remodel at a very reasonable price, and whose number one priority is YOUR complete satisfaction, then WELLCRAFT is for YOU! We were looking to remodel our master bath. We live in an older (50+) home and our master bath is a small space.

We were concerned about our options to update the bath into something current, functional, and stylish. We did all the usual things to try to find a company to work with -- Home Shows, magazines, HOUZZ, Angi. We interviewed 4 well known design/build firms but none gave us any confidence that they understood or could accomplish what we wanted. But when we met with Ali and Sarah at WELLCRAFT we immediately knew we had found the company that could make our vision a reality. Sarah was fantastic in providing us with working sketches of the proposed project and meeting with us on multiple occasions to make revisions we wanted.

She was also a huge help in selecting materials that were stylish and matched our tastes. Our project manager Ozzy was great. He was at the job site every day, always made sure the crew was doing what needed to be done that day, and never left the job until we were happy and all of our questions were answered. Along the way we made some changes as the project evolved and Ozzy made sure our changes were incorporated into the job just as we wanted.

The crew working our job always arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day, and, on occasion, even worked into the evening or on a Saturday to make sure the job proceeded on schedule. They were polite, respectful of our home, and regularly communicated with us about work being done. They also were great about making sure our house was clean clean day before they left.

The project was completed within the time promised. The finished job was fantastic -- current, stylish, beautiful, and with up to date functionality. When we showed the bathroom to our extended family they were literally speechless -- they couldn't believe it the same bath as before! One of the workers who installed our glass tub enclosure told us he had never seen such a beautiful bathroom and that he was going to go home and tell his wife that they should get our bathroom! The best thing we can say is that after working with WELLCRAFT on this bathroom project we definitely hope to work with them again on our remaining bathrooms!

Sarah and her team are absolutely exceptional! Sarah is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, responsive, flexible, and detail-oriented. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her from our first meeting through project completion. She and her team brilliantly renovated our upstairs master bathroom, which included a complete replacement of the vanity, removal and repositioning of the toilet, and a new bathtub and a complete overhaul of our shower within a stunning wet area.

I had a wonderful experience with Wellcraft. I had an old shower stall I needed replaced. I got three people to come out, but only one showed any interest in doing the work, and that was Wellcraft. Sarah the designer was a pleasure to work with and showed genuine interest, even though, comparatively, it was a small job. I went to Wellcraft's showroom and Sarah's suggestions for the tile, the flooring, the shower door and even the shower head were excellent!

When the renovation commenced, the very nice workers covered everything in the bathroom and surrounding areas in plastic drop clothes to prevent dust accumulation. Sean the project manager kept the workflow going smoothly and was always just a text away. It was a flawless project and everything turned out fabulous. To say that we are pleased with our kitchen renovation is by far an understatement! We are beyond thrilled with the attention to detail in every aspect of this renovation. Ali, at WellCraft Kitchen has been the most professional, attentive and kind man to work with. He and his work crew were always on time, and helpful throughout our entire renovation.

From meetings at the shop to pick the materials and design elements right up through the entire renovation there was never a moment our questions or element design changes were not accommodated. Our kitchen went from a 1995 builders grade basic kitchen the showpiece of our home. It is so much more functional and beautiful. Ali was great about showing us price options in every category and letting us know the benefits of each.

We were on a strict budget and were still able to get a truly customized kitchen with high end details and still stay in our allotted budget. I rarely write reviews, I can assure you this review is a from a very satisfied customer and if we ever need ANY other updating to our home, they will be the first we call. We sought quotes from four or five other companies, but I can honestly say they were the BEST quote for the most amount of high quality work.

We were quoted a higher price for retaining the same footprint of our old kitchen(very small and cramped) and just refinishing the cabinets by another company! We took down the wall in between the kitchen and dining room giving our home a more modern and open concept kitchen living and dining area. All of our neighbors are truly amazed at the dramatic change! You will not be disappointed at all. The kitchen is the centerpiece and gathering area of any home, it will be the best investment in your living space!
