I highly recommend Ellingwood Pro! Leonard conducted a pre-listing inspection of my house. He was very thorough and gave me a lot of recommendations of things to fix before listing my property. Leonard Barnhart was very knowledgeable and pointed out many less-than-obvious factors. He provided a digital copy of his inspection within a day, along with photos. I highly recommend Ellingwood Pro Home Inspections. He came to our future home to do a last minute inspection! Even though he was only asked to inspect the crawl space, he took a look around the entire property and gave us tips on what we should fix and how we can get fix it! The team did an outstanding job painting and installing new floors in my townhouse! They give great attention to details and did not attempt to cut corners; spending additional time to complete the job to my satisfaction without adding cost to the original quote. They also are reasonably priced, which is unheard of in today's marketplace. I have had Geremy and his team complete additional projects since my original experience and have had the exact same results.
