WHB Cleaning

I requested a home deep cleaning service via Yelp and received an immediate follow up, plus a friendly text follow up from Janet with the customer success team. I'm traveling abroad and wanted to do something nice for my mom. They coordinated with us both and the cleaner Vanessa did an amazing job! For the quality and price, the value is unmatched. Signed up for monthly cleaning services for our three full bathrooms. We keep up with cleaning for the most part but just can't seem to get to all bathrooms regularly and finally decided we just didn't want to either. ;) we got estimated from a few places but WHB really stood out with their website, responsiveness and general impression. They had a good vibe that made them stand apart. Katie arrived on our scheduled day promptly, and was thorough and professional, but also very personable and made sure we were happy with the work. The thing that really impressed me was an hour after she arrived, I received a text from the company asking if all was going well and asked if we had any concerns we wanted relayed to Katie. That's over and above customer service. We felt totally comfortable addressing a minor concern directly to Katie who was very quick to accommodate though. We loved her work and hope she will be our regular going forward! Outstanding service and we are so glad we finally decided to go for it. The cost is also very competitive and absolutely worth it! WHB was top notch. We reached out New Years Eve with a long shot request and they had two available spots New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. They saved us in a tight pinch did an unbelievable job and were very affordable.

So far, so good. We are looking for a cleaner everyday and they sent us two different cleaners for trial.

They bring their own tools so we don't have to become a cleaning company ourselves :)

Both cleaners were polite, on time, courteous and thorough. They tried to do their best for 1.5 hours and although there were missed things etc... I can only imagine it will get better in time.

Sandra was nice and came with many tools and cleaners but since she is allergic to our animals we tried Vannie and her ability to communicate and clean is appreciated. It's nice to know that if someone is ever out sick etc... they can have a cleaner for us on any day.

Only thing is that their cleaners are limited in our area and they don't do background checks like I thought they did; my situation is unique to them.

They provided VERY last minute, same day, move-in cleaning service. Super happy with the work and price. Would definitely use them again!!

Couldn't be any happier. The two ladies that came out and did my move out cleaning did such an amazing job. They were super professional and thorough. Didn't take more than 2 hours and it was up to my standards. I will definitely be using this company in the future again. Don't even bother looking no further, this is who you should trust and hire, you won't be disappointed!

Very fast responses and our cleaner Olivia showed up on time (15 minutes early). She was sweet and helpful, and listened to our needs for the cleaning. Very happy with their services and looking forward to our next cleaning with them.
