Alex really bailed us out this time. Our A/C quit in the middle of this last heat wave. I called Alex and somehow they found the capacity to come out the same day and fixed the problem immediately. My poor Dogs couldn't have taken another day of oppressive heat in the house. IMHO, these guys truly know their stuff and are really honest as well. No extra charges and no attempts to upsell you additional equipment or services. They have really earned our business!

These guys really came through when needed. Alex responded really quickly and the communication was great. Sent a tech next morning which had a pleasure to meet his name Rodrigo. He was really helpful and explaining what was the issue. We had major leak issue because of our AC unit backflow and Rodrigo immediately told me what was wrong. They removed old water heater which was out of order (they diagnosed and found what was wrong), and replaced a new one. It was very rapid and professional response so we did not spend a night without hot water. I am so grateful for their service and the guy was very polite during his performance. Great crew with excellent manners, on time, very clean work area. We used Alex and his team to replace air ducts and AC unit. They took great consideration of figuring out the amount of air flow in the house. The new AC unit is very quiet and the entire house is nice and cold. One of our room would get so little air before. Best AC company we have ever had. We got a quote from Alex to replace our old HVAC system. Their price is super competitive and it shows that their focus is to help people rather than maximizing profits. They came the next business day on time - Ive heard other companies wont even talk to you until a few months away. They prep the area neat and clean.
They finish the job well and did everything by the code. They didn't try to sell you something that you don't need, which is a big deal for us due to bad experience we had when we worked with other HVAC company. A true honest and professional company. Two thumbs up!

We use Alex's service to find and repair the leak in our sprinkler valve. The leak has caused us a big headache because the water bill went really high. Alex came on time and patiently explained the problem and how he's going to repair it. He's very humble and not like those other HVAC servicemen we used in the past where they are too cocky to explain the problem and the solution. Alex explained that our house sprinkler valve was old and it's the metal kind, not the PVC kind.
Over time the valve has become corroded and water seeps through causing the leak. Alex completes the repair within a few hours and he's definitely a life saver. His pricing is very competitive too. Thank you Alex for your help.

Alex and Angel are very professional and thorough in their job. They replace our entire HVAC system with AC Pro SEER 18 variable speed system (some people call it dual stage), replace our old air ducts with the latest kind in the industry (the one with shiny aluminum material), add additional return air opening & new vents in some rooms that are lacking airflow, replace vent grills in all rooms and bring everything up to code for a really competitive price that beats any other contractors I have been shopping around Orange County.
If you're shopping around, look no further. Call them asap. It saves you time and energy. DONT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER! I feel they're like the good neighbors who try to help, rather than a businessman who tries to maximize profits. I trust them for any future hvac or plumbing job I will have around the house. We used Alex to redo our AC drain pipe line since the previous contractor didn't do a good job in running the AC evap coil drain line. The previous contractor somehow combine the primary and the secondary drain line into one pipe which is not up to code. If there were clogging on the line somehow, it would've flooded our entire attic and it's definitely gonna be a disaster. Alex complete the job in no time and carefully explain how the primary and secondary drain line works. We are so grateful for Alex and we'd recommend Alex for anyone who needs to do things around the house the right way.

Our furnace stopped working Saturday morning. It's an older model. I called Positive Plumbling around 9 a.m. and he answered right away. Said someone would make it by the afternoon. The technician Alex called later that day and said he was on his way, and was right on time. In less than 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue and answered my questions about different ways to fix it.
