Paula & Erik have been cleaning our carpets for a few years now & theyre amazing. Super kind people. Excellent products. Weve had issues with pet stains, & theyre the only ones to get rid of the odor! The house smells clean & fresh, not like chemicals after they clean. We are having new floors put in our house, & we had an issue with cat urine, Paula came over last minute, on the weekend to help us before our new floors were put in! Im so thankful for her help. I absolutely recommend them.

Eric did a great job! He clean a few rugs for me, as well as my mattresses. It was a wonderful feeling to sleep on a CLEAN mattress. I hope to do this annually. I was so impressed with their service that after COVID hit, I hired Naturewise to do a few upholstered chairs for me, which he picked up and then returned. Great value AND great service! I get my area rugs cleaned each spring (at least) and they come back look and feeling great under foot. In this unique time we were able to have Eric pick up our rugs from our porch and have them returned about a week - all while maintaining our social distancing. Thank you, as always, for taking good care of us. I look forward to having them back when I can get my sofa and side chair freshened up - and maybe bathroom tile again.
