My experience with Mark was fantastic. He was informative, knowledgeable, and experienced. We had a setback with our initial carpet cleaning- I called Mark and he was over the same day we spoke (if it was up to him he would have been there the moment I called). He came back and helped remedy the issue. Mark cares about the bottom line and that is customer satisfaction through awesome work. 10/5 stars. I would recommend M & M chem dry for your carpet cleaning needs.

Mark cleaned our carpets yesterday and they look great! He really took his time to clean them. We have 3 young kids and a pet and lots of stains. They were dry fairly quickly after he left. He told us that they were certified green and healthy process. We had previously had them cleaned by Stanley and they look much better after Mark finished, and they were also less expensive. We will call them again the next time they need to be cleaned.

We are so pleased with our carpet cleaning. It looks like new. We've tried the steam cleaning and thought we'd try Chem-Dry We are so glad we did. We are impressed with the results. My carpets were a mess, both from homes previous owners and my 6 aging rescue dogs, and two cats. I purchased the whole shebang. Perk, sanitizer, sealer because I know the animals will still have accidents. Mark educated me about products to use and avoid. I have to admit my expectations were low because the carpet was a mess. But wow, what a difference. I mean I wish I'd taken before photos. If I could give 6 out of 5 I would. Will certainly use M&M again

After our dog had pups on our bed there was some rather unfavorable stains left behind. This awesome duo came in, deep cleaned and sanitized, and left with our mattress as good as new. Very friendly and professional! Services Pet stain and odour removal

Mark came out yesterday and cleaned the carpet in our three bedrooms. We periodically use the do it yourself type carpet shampooers but it is amazing how much more he was able to pull up out of the carpet. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and personable. Hes more than happy to answer any questions and gave me lots of useful information like how detergent that you use in shampooers leave residue that makes the carpets worse. I am very happy I went with M&M Chem-Dry, and I absolutely feel I get my moneys worth. We will be using you again in the future!

Chem dry came to help me with cat urine soil on my carpet, sofa, and basement concrete. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about how to prevent future soiling. He was through and the smell was gone after he was done. I'm very pleased with the look of the carpet and happy it dries faster than other carpet cleaning services. Made a appointment Saturday and Mark said that they can be here a 9:00 am Monday. They arrived at 9 just like they said, very professional and explained every thing! My carpets are about 11 yrs old and look great once again

I reached out to Mark, scheduled an appointment, and had the appointment within a week's time. He gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. On the day of the appointment, he gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived at my apartment he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it.

He then got his equipment and went straight to work. He was quick and efficient at giving the entire apartment the cleaning it needed. He was also very friendly and informative regarding the Chem Dry processes. If i were staying in the area, I would definitely use his services again, and recommend that others use M&M Chem Dry!
