DC Chem Dry cleaned a large area rug that I inherited from my mother. Between pets, grandchildren and a high traffic area, it really needed it. I was astounded by how brilliant the colors looked when cleaning was completed. They also cleaned my sofa and a chair. My room feels and looks amazing. Jackie was excellent in her response, accommodating my scheduling needs, and giving me an estimate over the phone. The actual cleaning was done efficiently and with good care. My expectations were not very high as some stains were old. I showed Brian the stains and he mmediately did a complete walk through and began cleaning.
