Very happy with the service! We had a white area rug cleaned that had a bad odor and stains on it and now it looks brand new. The service professional picked up the rug and returned it like new 2 weeks later, which we preferred to having the cleaning done in the house and waiting for the carpet to dry. Very happy with the white glove service! Will definitely use again for some upholstery cleaning needs.

Job was done on schedule in the most professional way. Carpets came out sparkling clean and large oriental rugs treated with special care. Upholstery still drying but looks super clean already. The job was done without disturbing the household and all things moved handled carefully. Price a bit high but job well done. Have used the services previously and hopefully will use them again. Got my carpet cleaned this morning and Glenn and his team did a great job. He confirmed the day before, texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would, very friendly guy. My room feels so much cleaner and airy but most importantly my carpet wasn't drenched. I could already see my carpet drying within an hour after the service was performed. Glenn also provided tips for maintenance in between cleanings. I would definitely use his service again well worth the money.

There is NO SUBSTITUTE for the chemdry Pet Urine Removal Treatment. With the amount of dog pee we're talking about, we needed a miracle and that's what we got with Glenn Rosenbower. We tried another company first, and instead of removing the smell they just kind of spread it around so that the whole carpet reeked. We bought a UV light, and when saw the extent of the dog pee, it seemed totally hopeless.
The entire wall to wall carpet GLOWED with pee. We have two rescued dogs with PTSD who we thought we're making progress. They're small but they pee more than any other dogs I've ever met. Anyway, DON'T EVEN THINK about using another company. Just do it right the first time. The perfectly clean carpet smells great! Glenn even took care of the carpeted doggy steps. He was punctual, professional, and took on the case because he likes a challenge, Thank God!

Great carpet cleaning service! The guy who came was very knowledgeable of all the carpet services and very efficient. He was even sweet to my crazy puppy! Took care of any pet stained spots. There is zero odor during the process of the carpet solutions, safe for people and pets. I got the cleaning and sanitizing service covering some pet areas. No pet odors remained. It dried pretty quickly, within a few hours. I would use them again and definitely recommend to others. Thanks again for the great service!
