Trevor was super helpful and explained his whole process and answered any questions I had. Hopefully I won't need to use his services again anytime soon, he came to clean up a pet accident on an area rugs. They all look brand new! He cleaned 3 area rugs and 2 pieces of furniture for me and was very professional for the whole process. He showed up on time and was very friendly to interact with. I plan on scheduling him every time I need cleaning done in the future.

Thought we would have to put new carpet/flooring down because of the stain. called keystone Chem-dry to inspect and Trevor said he could get them out. after he was done the carpet looks like it is brand new. highly recommend calling for all of your shampooing needs. very friendly and very professional

We use the service to clean our apartment, which has a vinyl wood flooring throughout. I was very pleased with the manner in which the work was done. The guys at Keystone Chem did a phenomenal job on our carpet! We recently moved into the house, and the carpets were covered in pet stains, odor, dirt, etc. The rooms felt so dark and gross from the smell/dirty carpets, that we almost considered just replacing them, but Keystone Chem made us completely change our minds. These guys got the carpet looking so much brighter, cleaner, and better smelling. Honestly, we couldnt be more pleased with the work they did.

You guys listen. I just had my couch and carpet professional cleaned. 1st they have a light that shows all the stuff when I tell u my couch lit up like a Christmas tree I wanted to vomit. The guys at Keystone Chem-Dry are so nice and take extreme pride in their work. They detailed every inch of my couch not missing anything. They got wax off my couch.
We are not going to talk about all the nasty things they pulled from my couch. My couch has a lot of wear to it but boy did they bring it back to life! The product they use is out of this world! To pull pet smells out of my furniture and carpet. I really can't say enough. I'm beyond happy right now. I love clean things! They do beds and everything. I'm so happy! Thank you so much guys.
