Omar helped us restore some very very smelly, cigarette smoke-infused persian rugs recently. He collected them from us, worked carefully and diligently to clean them, made sure to keep us informed when issues arose (pet urine stains p.u.), and returned them to us neatly rolled and ready to display. We are very pleased with the results and are happy to recommend his services!

Darren arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the carpet looking better than I thought it could after the pet messes it had seen. I struggled to find a company who could come out and clean my carpet in a timely manner until I called ChemDry! They came out the very next day and even worked with my work schedule. Darren was my technician and he was extremely helpful, he called before hand to make sure that the time worked for me and showed up on time when it did! I shampooed this carpet 3 times myself and could not get the smell out. Well, Darren was able to get my carpets cleaner than new and my house smells so good again! I will not be using a different company in the future, HIGHLY recommend these guys!

These guys were amazing! They picked up my area rug and dropped it off to me at work. They called and texted me when they got close to let me know they were almost there. They unloaded it and put it back in to my SUV for me. It looks beautiful and clean. The cost was minimal. I recommend these guys without hesitation. I will use them every time!

We bought a home with horrible pet smell in carpets. Omar and his team had to come out multiple times to do different treatments to get the odors out but each time they were very professional, on time and they came back to retreat without charging. These guys are absolutely great and went above and beyond to help me salvage carpets that were improperly cleaned by our seller.

Ive had a few carpet cleaning companies within the last 4 years and Chem-Dry of Tri-Cities is the one company that Ive use twice in a row. wont go back to the others, Chem-Dry is going to be used for now on for sure. Jordan was profesional, called ahead to inform was on his way, took his time, informed us of all the programs and deals the company offers, great deals, didnt push any upgrades on me or my wife, let us chose what we were looking for. 3 bedrooms, living room and office for under $500. Motor oil tracked through upstairs and other stains. They got them out and applied a special protectant/sealer to prevent future issues. I have used them twice since 2016 and have nothing but great thing to say about them. The only stain not able to be removed either time was red kool aid (but nothing gets out red dye).

This company and all of its employees are amazing! I have worked with this company exclusively since they came to the Tri-Cities area. As a realtor, I have many opportunities to refer them to both buyers and sellers and I do so on every occasion possible. We had a roommate move out recently who had gum in the carpet and a terrible odor left behind. Chemdry came this morning (a day after we called) and not only is the carpet as good as new, I let them know our cat was put away and they offered to let her out when they left since we were at work. I felt like they took great care of our home and went above and beyond! He even left us a spot cleaner! 100% would recommend!

Im a homeowner with roommates. We had a roommate destroy our carpet (literally not one square inch was clear of trash, moldy food, or some sort of stale liquid). I thought it was unsalvagable but I wanted to give it a shot. Omar was easy to reach and best part he was available the very next day! Needless to say the carpets look brand new and the room smells great. Great prices too! Recommend to anyone

I've used Chem-Dry over the years, alternating with different companies. I think I keep calling on them because I prefer the shorter drying period you get with Chem dry. My carpet is light beige, several years old and has visible high-traffic areas but they managed to make it look great again! I experienced a minor issue yesterday and I decided to share feedback with the manager, Omar.
He personally came to our home within an hour and made it right (with a great attitude!) - that, for me is huge and another reason I will continue to use Chem-dry.my carpet looks great!

This was my first time using Chem-Dry of Tri-cities. Not only were they extremely prompt (next day), but they were equally efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The machine used is so quiet and calming, which was a worrisome because my daughter was napping but it did not disturb her. I have not received such service in a long time. Had our carpets cleaned from Chem-Dry a few weeks ago and they turned out great! It is a commercial account and some of the stains in the carpet were oil based and using his residue dryer and cleaning pads he was able to lift all the stains that were of concern. We did have a couple small stains that did come back that were really bad prior.so I gave him a call and he made an appointment right away came in and touched up the areas that needed to be touched up. He is very respectful and professional and most of all on time! I would recommend Chem-Dry to anybody that needs their carpets cleaned.
