Calgary Chem-Dry

Had our carpet cleaned and we were not happy with the result as there were many spots left along with a couple of bigs ones. Contacted chem dry and the owner Mike said he would be over right away with someone to re do it. Few things slipped through the cracks and they never ended up coming. Sent a couple of emails with no reply and I could not call to follow up because I was usually working during business hours.

Finally Mike reached out once again and apologized for everything that had happened. He was so kind and wanted to do whatever it took to make us happy. He ended up refunding the entire amount, and offered to come back and re clean. I don't think it was deliberate in them not getting back to me and was an honest mistake. They truly are a great company and are here to make you happy. Would recommend!

Great customer service from booking through appointment time reminders and communication on status. The rugs are clean and fluffy as expected. The guys made sure they didnt bring in any dirt or dampness to our home by seeping the snow on our driveway and walk ways. Took there boots off and were very careful in our home. We will definitely use the services again.

Mike did an awesome job. Carpets look brand new. He took care of the cat pee stains. A very friendly personable guy.

Hugo and his assistant were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They performed a deep clean of my hardwood floors and the results were like night and day! He thoroughly explained the process and was honest to tell me what services I would not need (based on the type of hardwood floor we had) which saved me some money. He showed me the water in his machine which picked up so much dirt that mopping left behind. Very happy with the service! :)

Great job done on our berber very dirty carpet including stairs. It hadn't been done for years in anticipation of removing it. We've had two senior dogs for the last 1.5 years and for 1 year in 2020. Though they are still good for outdoor training and shed little, they lay on the carpet leaving oils, hair behind. My husband (untrained!) has to wear shoes in the house so he carries dirt and kitchen floor spills as well as outdoor dirt on the bottom of his shoes. The tech worked hard to clean it and I wish I had before photos to show the difference. The cost was reasonable.

As per the five stars, excellent, just excellent service! James was Professional, polite, patient, and did a great job. He took extra time to tackle the tough stains. Replaced the furniture that I had moved. I have used BowRiverChemDry for many, many years and will continue to do so. This method of Carpet Cleaning has helped to preserve the condition of my carpet! Well worth the price.

Had sofa and loveseat and an area rug cleaned and everything came out clean. The only complaint I had was the fella wore his shoes in the house so consequently all floors were dirty which gave us extra work. We had to wash all floors. Other workers we have had.in the house either take their shoes off at the door or.wear plastic covers over their shoes.

I was in need of a semi-urgent dryer duct cleaning, and was able to get an appointment the next day. Hugo was on time (could even come earlier if I was home) and very pleasant and informative. Stephen is a social person and gave me excellent service. I left him in my house to clean while I stepped out for an hour to do other things. Then the delivery guy came, and Steve put my boxes that were delivered inside, and when I came back, things were in order and clean. Thank you for the excellent service. Donald

I first went with ChemDry because they had 30 years experience and many positive reviews. I called on a Tuesday and had them cleaned the very next day. Grant was friendly, kind and very experienced. He knew his stuff! We had been pet sitting a dog for a friend and she had done her business on our carpet. I have a young child so I was very concerned.

To my surprise, ALL the stains came out! (Even old stains.) Our carpets look AMAZING! I'm going to refer ChemDry like crazy! Thank you so much! From the first call, to walking in to see my beautiful revived carpets has been a wonderful experience.
