I recently had a carpet cleaning service from Chem-Dry of NM. My service technician was Steven. He arrived as scheduled, took measurements and discussed the various carpet cleaning options available. Simply the best! My carpets are immaculately clean and there was absolutely no harsh odor. AND they dried quickly! My next service will be deep tile cleaning. No matter how great the cleaning is, if the staff isn't great I'm going elsewhere but Chem-Dry also excels in this department. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians is super professional and friendly. And for all these reasons, there's no other carpet/tile cleaning service I've used or will use. Shawn V. was a very professional and polite service technician. I was frantic that a recent carpet stain would not come out but he assured me hed do his best to try to remove. He not only removed the stain, he also did it in a timely manner. Not sure what cleaner they use but it left my carpet smelling like a wonderful citrus smell. Two thumbs up from me!

This is an excellent company, offering an excellent service. Eco-friendly deep carpet cleaning without saturating and leaving water behind in which bacteria could grow. Fast-drying. Our technician, Zach Soderberg, was great: prompt, courteous, professional; he explained the whole process, worked swiftly but efficiently. Will definitely us Chem-Dry again.

Machine bottom dripped dirty water and left several dirty spots on the carpet. The employee had to use a lot of spot cleaner, and yet there were several spots I had to reclean myself. The employee had an overbooked schedule making him quite anxious to leave. The coupon I had caused him to recalculate the invoice and still don't understand how the total was done. Also, I have never been charged for fuel, but $5.00 was added to the bill.
All and all too many surprises about the billing. Still waiting to see if all the spots come out. ****Update of review: I feel compelled to update my review. I had Chemdry clean my carpets later and Zach did a fabulous job!

Before donating my furniture, I wanted it cleaned to get the dog hair and dust from the swamp cooler removed. Have had multiple great experiences with the franchise in another state, so I hoped to find one on Yelp. Fantastic service, even after a scheduling snafu due to an error in my address. I did not expect I would still get my furniture done today (huge bummer) but Cally and Marvin came through and all pieces look fantastic.
Dog hair can be very difficult to get off a tweed couch (and mine was always covered), but Marvin did a first class job. Cannot recommend him more highly. Nothing but positive energy! Also cant recommend ChemDry more highly. Dont waste your money - get the job done right the first time and call ChemDry! Thank you, Marvin!

My experience was great! I had a white cloth couch that had stains for a few years. It took time as expected, but the couch came out looking brand new! I was thoroughly impressed! One downside is that I had to air out my house as the chemicals were a tad overwhelming. No matter, I am still going to use them going forward! Services Upholstery cleaning

We've used Chem-Dry for years to clean our area rugs and once again, they did a fantastic job for us. Very professional, always on time. The two large area rugs we just had cleaned came back looking years younger and super clean. We had them take the rugs to the factory for immersion cleaning and it was worth every dollar. I had an excellent experience with Chem-Dry with one exception. I have large carpets which had never been deep-cleaned. I opted for the more costly dipping method and am glad I did. The finished products are rich and deep in color. The sole reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars is that one of the guys who returned the carpets was not vaccinated -- I had to ask; the information was NOT volunteered.
More concerning, when Chem-Dry called to confirm return, the representative a) did not ask me if I was vaccinated and b) more to the point, did not inform me an unvaccinated person would come into my home. What if I had an immune-compromised person living with me?! Life worldwide now includes a serious, endless pandemic; it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to not disclose an employee's unvaccinated status when they are entering your home. Otherwise, I am very happy with service, pricing, communication (except that one issue), and excellent results.

We have been using Chem Dry for many years now. We have our carpets cleaned 4 times a year because we have dogs. They do an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have 20 year old carpets and they still look new. I attribute it to the fact that we have them cleaned frequently which keeps the dirt, etc. (^%$&^$) from getting ground in. Their pet sanitizer works great if your puppy has an accident.
We also scotch guard the carpets as well. Travis, one of their techs/cleaners is excellent. He works hard to get the stains out. We schedule around his schedule. Our favorite staff people are Travis the tech/cleaner and Ashleigh the Administrator who calls us. They are great! Best cleaner company around!

Chem-Dry has cleaned the carpets at several of my homes over the years. The few times I decided to give other cleaners a try, I felt like I wasted my money. The quality of their service is unparalleled: no other carpet cleaner has ever achieved the results Chem-Dry has on our carpets. They're also incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Albuquerque area to clean filthy and pet-disrespected carpets.

The gentleman that came in to service our carpets was the most personable tech we've had yet! He cared about his work and paid very close attention to detail.
