Dave and Karen could not be more helpful and professional. They walked me through the best options for getting my area rugs cleaned from puppy accidents. Dave cleaned the rugs right here in my house and he explained everything he was doing, as well as what cleaning solutions were being used (all safe for pets). They are both so friendly and the job performed was high quality at a reasonable price. I am literally making a list of anything else around the house that I can call them to come back to clean! The best!

Dave came to my new condo on time and ready to roll. We walked around, pointed out a few stains and pet dander from the previous owner and he got right to it. Making all my hardwood floors and carpets look brand new. Dave is professional and friendly and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others. Found them through a google search and utilized their services based on good reviews. First off, the employee who booked the appointment was very thorough and transparent about pricing. The owner showed up right on time on the weekend to the house we just purchased. He went the extra mile to make sure the carpet looked amazing and discussed with me that it would look better but might take slightly longer to dry. I appreciated his transparency as well. Overall everything came out amazing, everyone was professional, and well priced. Highly recommend their services.

Just had a great service visit from Dave at South Shore Chem Dry! Initial phone call with Karen was polite, knowledgeable and super helpful. Guided me through the info needed to give an estimate over the phone and schedule the right service. Got a date within the next week! South Shore chem dry came and cleaned a loveseat and chair along with the pillows. Dave was very professional and friendly. Used care on my hardwood floors and the furniture came out beautiful and smelled great. No heavy chemical odor and furniture was not soaking wet. I highly recommend giving them a try. You wont be disappointed!

Great Job! Couldn't have been happier with the service we received. From the first phone call to set up service they were so accommodating in trying to fit me in when it was convenient for me. Dave called ahead and showed up on time and took the time to go over everything ahead of time with us. The end result was really good and the price was super fair. We would most certainly use South Shore Chem Dry the next time we need carpet cleaning!

We've been using South Shore Chem-Dry for the past 5? years. Dave and Karen have always been courteous and friendly on the phone and in person. Dave is very professional when he arrives, no time wasted and the job is always beautifully done. Even tough really grimy spots that I wasn't sure about look great when he's done. Dave just finished our den and I will call him for the living room once the wood burning season is over.he promises me something special to get rid of the wood stove ash that settles in the furniture! I know I can trust him that it will work!
