We'll always use Chem-Dry of Knoxville. Andrew & Sean did a thorough and professional job of cleaning three rooms plus two bathrooms; multiple surface floorings, and they were magnificent. They went above & beyond to clean other areas and surfaces and air grates. I appreciate the military discount and the timely manner they got our job completed. Five star quality!

I was able to get an appointment promptly for whole house carpet and wood floor cleaning, which fit easily into my fall deep cleaning plan. Notifications were timely, including a text when the team was 20 minutes out. The team did a great job, especially cleaning up residual dog urine messes. The pricing was reasonable. Id work with them again.

It was a great experience working with Andrew and Daniel. My white carpets look like new after many years of being filthy. They were able to get out all of my stains. We had pets, kids, grandkids and many spills. Not a problem for this wonderful family owned business. High recommended and will be using them again. I will also share with all my friends.

We acquired a used leather sectional that was in a desperate need of a professional deep cleaning. The previous owner had dogs and birds that flew around the house that necessitated the professional deep cleaning. Most professional furniture cleaners do not service true leather furniture. I contacted ChemDry of Knoxville and they did an amazing job at revitalizing a neglected leather sectional that has many more years of use ahead. From my initial call with Krystal through the estimate (very reasonable) and service provided by Andrew, we could not be more satisfied the results. Impressive!
