Oh my goodness, my carpets look so so so awesome, Paul and Ryan were fantastic, very friendly, straight we me on what I needed or what I didn't, even my dog loved them. My home smells nice and fresh again. The process was only a couple hours. I was expecting it to take longer as I had in the past from other businesses. You definitely have a customer for life. I WILL be recommending your company to my friends and family. Again thank you to Paul and Ryan for everything nothing but Pure Awesomeness!

All pricing and services available were reviewed prior to starting the job. Our service was performed using care in moving the equipment and vacuum lines within our home.

The gentleman from ChemDry were very professional. They telephoned me to let me know when they would arrive at my house. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves, then inspected the carpeting to be cleaned. I was given choices on which cleaning package that I wanted. The whole job was done in just about an hour. The carpeting looks brand new and smells great. We could not be happier.

My tech was extremely knowledgeable and a consummate professional. He'd Explained my options available, approximately how long he will take to clean the carpets, and after answering questions I had, got right down to business. In the final analysis, when comparing & contrasting the before & after carpet photos, Chem-Dry was the penultimate carpet cleaning company. Highly recommended!

I was thrilled with your service today. I had a dark tea stain on my light beige rug. I tried to get it out myself without any luck. I have family coming over after Easter brunch and was panicking. They removed the stain and you would never know it was there! They also did my kitchen floor. It looks brand new. The grout is white again. Thank you Chem Dry. I won't use anyone else.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I had an emergency due to a latex paint spill on my light grey carpet. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and gave me instructions on how to keep it damp while she reached out to any available technicians. The techs arrived within an hour and completely cleaned up my self-imposed mess! They even cleaned another unrelated problem area. Amazing! They were polite, professional, and took their time to ensure it was done right. I will definitely hire them for future jobs!

The carpets at my new duplex were in somewhat rough shape, perhaps from showings, or maybe just from general wear and tear. However, my Chem Dry Technician Joe did a fantastic job in making the carpets look fresh again! He was efficient, professional and the price point can't be matched. Very thankful

We needed to have carpets in three rooms, stairs and a hallway cleaned.
