Doug and the team at 1800waterdamage did a wonderful job. Having a flood is very stressful, but having a team that took over immediately was so helpful. I loved that I never had to figure out what the next step was or who to call, they took care of it all. We had a lot of different workers/contractors in our house and everyone one of them was professional and the quality of the work was exceptional. I have always recommend them and now that I actually had to use there services; hands down they are one of the best companies and people to work with.

Had water damage to bedroom/bath, called and Doug Stern (owner) came out immediately to assess and assist. All technicians and the companies that did the work were terrific and helpful. Like many people who experience the shock of a flooding disaster in their home, we had a similar experience just recently. After calling a handful of companies and being told they were busy, we called 1-800 Water Damage and they came riding in to the rescue. The team was detailed, efficient, and answered all our questions without hesitation or obfuscation.
They did everything they said they would on time and at a price that was extremely competitive for the work done. They didn't take any shortcuts and we could not have been more pleased with the work they did to restore our place to its pre-damaged state. God forbid it ever happens again, we wouldn't call anyone else. They were the best.

Hands down the nicest, most wonderful company to work with. The utmost professional and honest team. Although it was an awful experience having a leak which lead to my entire bottom story's flooring to be replaced, every one of the professionals were lovely to work with! Couldn't recommend Doug, Chris, Mike and the guys at 1800water damage enough!

Doug is very professional and honest to work with. He explained us the complete process at the beginning itself so that we did not get any surprises later. He is always available for any questions or concerns during his business hours, sometimes even after hours if the situation demands. I found out about the company through a realtor friend. I had major water damage under my home. They contact me within minutes and arrived at my house a short time later and started doing their thing. They followed up q uite often and they were polite and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone else. They handled everything for me with my home insurance and they left everything in place as it should be and they did a wonderful job

We had a dryer vent screen that was not removed after the completion of our home build. This led to a plugged dryer vent that created a condensation drip. Fast forward 5 years and we discovered mold and drywall damage in our laundry room. We called 1-800-water damage and they were on it immediately. They sent someone out same day to assess the situation and then coordinated all the various trades required to fix the damage.
They kept me in the loop via email and text. Unlike 90% of the other contractors I've worked with, these guys were on top of it. Great quality work and at a fair price. I can't recommend them enough. A++!

The best choice. Doug is the owner and I must say very friendly and professional. I had an emergency at 5am. My 35 gallon fish tank was draining from a leak. All of the water damage ended up involving 3 rooms. The house was completely taken care of by Doug. By the end of the week you couldn't even tell that there was a problem. PS Most of the fish made it!

A big thanks to Doug Stern and 1 800 Water Damage! Being in the Real Estate business for the past 10 years we run into a lot of home inspection reports with claims of mold. Mold is never something you want to see on an inspection report. Doug always comes out to investigate and on the last two transaction he has identified that there was actually no mold and that what the inspector saw was dirt on wood. Doug calmed everyone's concerns on both side of the transaction. Thanks for your expert eye!

Doug Stern and his crew were very professional as they remediated mold in the crawl space of a listing I had. He did not delay and the work was done in a timely manner. I had confidence that the mold was remediated correctly and my seller was pleased with the results. The buyer also had confidence that her new home would not be a health hazard and she was also pleased that closing on the property was not delayed by the mold remediation. We called Doug & his 800 Water Damage Team out in the late evening for an exterior water leak we had during the holidays. He was extremely professional & knowledgeable about our issue and addressed everything immediately to prevent further damage to our home. He followed up by visiting our home the next day and followed up over the phone each day while their equipment was in our home drying out the moisture. Doug & Nita run a first class operation and are very easy to deal with.
