Simply put, this is why I recommend Raheem at Armstrong Locksmith: My parents - who are in their 70s - needed an extra key made for their 2022 Outback (which is a rare key). I had to call Raheem about five times, because my dad is old fashion and asks a lot of questions after he had been burned out trying to get many other people (including Subaru) to do it properly.
When I convinced my dad to use this service, he and mom took me out for lunch afterward, and they both were telling me how kind Raheem was to them. They loved his heart and soul. As a son of two senior citizens, that means a lot to me personally.

Awesome service! Had to copy a spare key and never got the time to due to work but the Locksmith was able to help me even though I asked pretty later at night since that was the only time I had. He was very nice and was able to help me get my spare key quickly. I Definitely recommend Armstrong Locksmith 100%!

We had the most amazing experience with Armstrong Locksmith Inc. Having recently moved into Nashville, we found Armstrong on Google and are so happy we did. We wanted to have a new smart lock installed and have another key lock changed. The job was challenging because the initial install was less than perfect but the Locksmith was up to the task and did a terrific job.

I had lost my key fob from being in a tornado and my dad called Armstrong Locksmith and was able to get in touch in a quickly manner. The customer service is a 10/10. The prices are reasonable I would've paid a lot more going to a dealership. Very fast and efficient and they really care for their customers! My dad and I are very pleased with this place. I walked into this shop with a broken key, and didn't want to pay the price for a complete replacement key fob and Raheem was willing to fix it for me for a small fee. I am very pleased with his service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Now my car is keyless entry again thanks to Raheem. Thank you for your service!

First time trying the company out. Called and spoke to someone who was absolutely nice and took the time to help be out told me to come by and let them check my key fob out. Walked in spoked to KB which was kind and quick. By far one of the best experiences I had with a lock smith who doesn't try to high ball you for the prices. Definitely will come back if anything happens and if anyone needs a locksmith no questions down referring them this way.

I have a 2014 bmw. unfortunately I had lost my keys no lock smith wanted to help me out or did not know how to work on my car because of how complex my vehicle is I reached out to Raheem at Armstrong locksmith he immediately took care of me and made me feel welcome. Great service, prompt, just all around great company. Called at least 6 other locksmiths in the Antioch, TN area 4 never called back 1 called 12hrs later and 1 I had to call back just to get any response. Wednesday, my car door slammed shut locking my keys in the ignition with my car running, in my driveway, while on empty.. Along with my phone and purse in the car. I tried the old coat hanger trick but my car will only allow you to unlock the door by actually flipping the lock. So I called the first locksmith on Google in my area. They were so nice and told me they could get to me in about 10 mins. Once the guy arrived he got me back inside of my car in less than 2 minutes. Very professional and highly recommended. I will only be using them in the future. Thank you guys!
