Zen Windows Portland

We've used zen now 2 times one for a 100 year old home of ours that's a rental and the other was an old commercial space. Both times the lead timing of their install, communication and pricing is the best in the city. Their customer service is also excellent. We experienced a few delays for the windows due to a manufacturer defect (not their fault) and they handled it 5/5 stars.

The owner if the company Mike is invested in your outcome being a great one. I learned some new lessons in how to provide excellent customer service from this company today and my husband and I are going to refer zen to anyone that needs windows!

Zen Windows was the best experience I have had so far with any of our home projects. If you need new windows - you have to go with Zen Windows! From start to finish they were low pressure and informative - no wild gimmicks or absurd costs like other places in town - they were willing to explain every detail about the windows we were purchasing and the installation was quick, professional and clean!

Mike and the crew are amazing. The process was easy, they did exactly what I wanted and the price was excellent.
I sent out for 4 quotes and after a while, whittled it down to two. Zen windows was no hassle, no pressure and did a fantastic job. I ended up doing a custom window for my large living room and I couldnt be happier. I love my new window and am so glad I chose them.

We hired Zen Windows to install new windows and repair existing windows in a large rental home in SW Portland that's over 100 years old. The installations were done quickly, expertly and cleanly. Mike and the whole team at Zen Windows Portland exceeded expectations! They fully replaced 5 lead paint encrusted windows in our 1920's home. They took every measure to insure the safety of our family by fully walling off the work area floor to ceiling with plastic tarp to ensure no lead dust escaped. We were concerned with the lead because two of the windows were in our young son's room but they took every precaution to keep the area clean and dust free. Mike (owner) wouldn't let us even talk about payment until he did a final walkthrough and ensured we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of our new windows. 10/10 will chose Zen Windows when we replace the other windows in our home.
