I cannot say enough good things about Walter and his service! He is very timely, professional, and caring. It is difficult to find reliable and trustworthy people to work on your home nowadays. Walter is very invested in the health of your home and how you FEEL living in your space. We have so much more peace of mind knowing he has helped us clean up our home twice now.
It has been a journey trying to fix our home and clean up issues from the previous owners that were a mystery the past 5 years! Walter has helped to simplify things, release the fear of mold and help us move on. Our middle son was exposed to mold in utero and as an infant when more vulnerable to the toxins. Long story short, he had many unexplained issues since birth the biggest one being a speech delay.
We live a very healthy lifestyle so we were perplexed. Since the fogging, he has really showed amazing progress. The speech therapist said he is like a different kid. My husband and I live in an older house we remodeled. The basement had water issues so we knew there was mold and I could tell because of my allergies! Pure Maintenance came and fogged the house when we were fixing up the basement. That night was the best sleep I've had. I didn't wake up congested in the morning. Cannot thank Walter and his team enough for taking care of my step mom's house with this new technology to remove the mold, germs smoke and bacteria is just amazing! Not only does it remove it but also prevents new growth. My step Mom has COPD and the quality of air she is now breathing at home is just pure and clean. When I brought her home from the hospital she walked in and said oh my gosh i cannot believe my condo smells and just feels amazingly clean and so fresh.
She has not had any coughing spells and has been able to sleep soundly rather than getting up and using her inhaler. We hired Pure Mold Free for our house because 2 of our children were having suspicious allergy reactions after they spent time in our basement.
