I would definitely recommend this company. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. They had the tech Jordan come out the same day within an hour or so. Christian came by our house last night to take a look at our gasping garage door. He was informative, polite and honest about the problem. He could have told us we needed a new door, and we would not have known any better. He installed a new spring kit and replaced the wheels. I called Veterans after nearly 4 years of my garage door not being usable. Due to the recent uptick of crime and theft in our area, I checked online for a recommendation to finally repair. Veterans scheduled me for next day, and after a very affordable repair and update my door is 100% functional plus warranty on all parts and labor! The technicians were fantastic, real friendly and explained everything for me. I also like that they have a trainee on site as well, always glad to be useful for someone's career path.

My 16'x7 torsion spring-operated garage door was starting to sag. I made a replacement repair by calling Veteran Garage Door Repair. I got a fair phone price and same-day service. Sam (tech) showed up on time, fixed the springs, and suggested further replacements. He also told me how to lubricate the springs and when to do it. Superb assistance and reasonable costs. I will call them if I ever have problems with my garage door again. Satisfied customer!

Fantastic work. Due to a broken torsional spring, my car is stuck inside the garage. These doors are much heavier without the spring. They showed up the very next day (a Sunday) and corrected it within an hour. The tech man was knowledgeable and helpful. After observing his work, I decided it was best that he make the fix instead of me. I'm delighted with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
