Best experience. I called because after I dropped an earring into our bathroom sink, we figured out something was wrong with our pipes. Got scheduled right away due to an opening and Tyler figured out the missing piece, fixed it, and answered some questions I had about our shower and main water line. Super professional and friendly. I called Bill Fry on a Sunday. Received an immediate call back from them. Was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Tyler the technician was very prompt, showed up and assessed a main sewer back up I was having. After going over a couple options, he started work. He ran into a problem in which Bill immediately showed up to help. The two of them were successful in clearing a root system. Saving me potentially thousands. Tyler followed up with a root treatment. We started our search for water treatment by consulting with Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. We felt very comfortable with the information he provided us with as well as the quote to do the install. He sent a very experienced staff member and it took less than 45 mins for the install. It has been 2 days since the install and I can feel the difference in our water already. Had Kyle H out today to repair two broken pipes (the weather) and also to install a new shower valve/trim for one of the bathrooms in my house. He did an excellent job, very professional, very thorough. Plumbing can be pricey and the results stay with you a long time in your home, so you want to use folks like Kyle @BillFry - I plan to for my next plumbing need (there's always something :)

We had to replace the main line from the meter to the house excellent service very responsive getting the line replaced and the technician explained everything and made sure we were happy. Very happy they were able to fit us in with their busy schedule being that if the fittings at the main line that was leaking had fully failed it would have been a huge issue

Reached out in regards to a few different issues. The company was very responsive for scheduling. Very up front with expectations and cost. I received a text to let me know who my servicer would be. I got a text introduction and picture of who my tech would be. Jordan was awesome. He showed up on time. He took time to explain and educate me while performing the work.
The work was done promptly and without issue. Very good cost vs value, with the work performed. Jordan cleaned everything up before leaving. Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely use again. Thanks Jordan for the awesome work!

Jesse texted me when he was approximately 20 minutes away so I was well aware of his arrival. He was extremely professional, polite & he explained everything thoroughly. He also showed me several things throughout the process & answered all of my questions. He took the time to ensure I had an understanding of opening & closing shut-off valves to ensure some of my still frozen pipes would not burst as they thaw.
My experience with Jesse & his "helper" was very pleasant! Best service I've had in my home by far! I will most definitely utilize Bill Fry for any future needs as Jesse's knowledge & positive attitude made my stressful situation become a minor inconvenience!
