I have used Veteran garage now for the second time. The first time in 2023 they were great, but I decided to wait on a new system. However, today on a Saturday they came out within a few hours because my door was stuck and wouldn't go down. I ended up buying a new smart system, comes with app access, it integrates with my smart home system, a camera on the Garage unit, an outdoor pad and all installed within 1 hour! Would definitely recommend them! Plus they are Vet's, God bless the USA and our Armed Forces!

We were on our way to the store-or so we thought. Our garage would not open all the way because of a broken spring. We couldn't get our car out even after pulling the release. We called three garage repair companies first. They either didn't answer or couldn't get to us until tomorrow or the next day. Veteran Garage Door Repair was the only place that had an available same day appointment.
Our technician was at our door in 30 min. He gave us our options and explained the pros and cons clearly. About an hour or so later, our garage was back working with better quality springs and a two year warranty. Thank you for the speedy service!

The spring broke on our door. The service was scheduled for my convenience. They did EXACTLY what I needed. They called when they were 20 minutes away. They arrived on time, had the needed parts, the tech was professional and went straight to work. He replaced both springs and 10 wheels. He tested and inspected my door and was finished in an hour and a half. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Our broken garage door needed to be fixed, but I wasn't sure if I could afford to replace it entirely. Sam, the technician, showed up on time and told me why I shouldn't try to install my own garage door spring. The pricing was really reasonable, especially considering the warranty included with the spring and installation. I'll call them to install a fancier garage door when I sell my house.
