My garage would not open, my car was stuck for a week in the garage. The springs had broke along with the cables and the door was way to heavy to lift! CJ (Clinton H) came in gave us a quote, he was kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job, he was friendly and was able to work out the details with my landlord to fix the issue quoting us the best deal along with all that needed to be fixed. he convinced us the importance of each item needed so that we would not have the issue again he explained in detail the warranty and all that it covers, he completed the work and my garage not only works well but it's silent, no more loud openings and closing in the middle of the night and I can access it from my smartphone within the app!

Veteran Garage Door Service was amazing! They scheduled us quickly and even came out on July 4th to diagnose and repair our problem with no added cost for it being a holiday. Prices were reasonable and customer service was incredible! We highly recommend them and will be using them for any future garage door needs.

Came out same day to troubleshoot our issue due to lightning strike. They were able to get the parts & repair our garage door opener within 2 days. The service from this Company was top of the line. From scheduling a same day service on a Saturday (without the regular expediting fees), calls from the technician to let me know he was on his way, to explaining the repair, warranty and cost ahead of time. The technician (Jovani) was very knowledgeable and professional. Amazing young guy.

Extremely impressed. Called early afternoon on a Saturday and was able to land a same day service at 6. Was told technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival and he did. Arrived at 6. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Assessed the issue and got right to work. Workmanship was superb and no mess left behind. Garage door is working likes it's brand new.

My technician, Clinton H., could not have been more professional as he went about the job of correcting my garage door issue. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Jovani the technician who came to correct a bad sensor was incredibly knowledgeable and went beyond in making sure the door worked properly. He preformed multiple tests including checked the wheels, spring and lubrication. I never realized how out of tune the door was. Now it functions smooth and sounds like a new door. I definitely recommend Jovani and Veteran Garage door repair to anyone needed professional work at an affordable price.

Torsion Spring broke on my garage and we needed a fast repair. Our tech Jovani from Veteran Garage Door came out Monday night to replace the spring and get our door opening again. After working the garage he noticed the fix would work but didn't want to leave us with a door that wasn't aligned properly for our garage. They came back out the very next day and took care of everything. If you need your garage door fixed it's a no brainer to call these guys.
